The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans from the telecom industry. Unfortunately, they haven’t been doing so for decades (see 1, 2). This has led to lawsuits being filed against the agency for NOT protecting the public from unsafe levels of radiation (see 1, 2), 5G deployment on Earth (see 1, 2) and in space, as well as other shenanigans.
A group of telecom experts who call themselves “The Irregulators” are among those who have filed (see 1, 2). Because of their lawsuit, state utility commissions can now divert taxpayer dollars to provide safer high-speed internet via fiber optics (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). Unfortunately, this isn’t happening without prodding.
