Police found 2 crates from Asia containing Whistler and Escort branded fake radar detector units.
Police alledge Nick balgowan has been selling imported fake radar detectors from his Backyard premises in Perth .
He has been charged and will appear in court in April.
Police are also investigating a group linked to Nick Balgowan making the fake items for radars.com.au in Australia.
