During a sometimes-raucous session of what’s being called the “For the People” Jobs Initiative tour, a key member of the Congressional Black Caucus told an audience in Detroit Tuesday that the CBC doesn’t put pressure on President Obama because he is loved by black voters. But at the same time, Rep. Maxine Waters said, members of the CBC are becoming increasingly tired and frustrated by Obama’s performance on the issue of jobs. Even as she expressed support for the president, Waters virtually invited the crowd to “unleash us” to pressure Obama for action.

“We don’t put pressure on the president,” Waters told the audience at Wayne County Community College. “Let me tell you why. We don’t put pressure on the president because ya’ll love the president. You love the president. You’re very proud to have a black man — first time in the history of the United States of America. If we go after the president too hard, you’re going after us.”

The problem, Waters said, is that Obama is not paying enough attention to the problems of some black Americans. The unemployment rate for African-Americans nationally is a little over 16 percent, and almost twice that in Detroit. And yet, Waters said, the president is on a jobs-promotion trip through the Midwest that does not include any stops in black communities. “The Congressional Black Caucus loves the president too,” Waters said. “We’re supportive of the president, but we’re getting tired, ya’ll. We’re getting tired. And so, what we want to do is, we want to give the president every opportunity to show what he can do and what he’s prepared to lead on. We want to give him every opportunity, but our people are hurting. The unemployment is unconscionable. We don’t know what the strategy is. We don’t know why on this trip that he’s in the United States now, he’s not in any black community. We don’t know that.”

As an African American Male,,who voted reluctantly for Mr Obama , ’cause he was the supposedly the only smart guy in the room” during the 2008 campaign,,I felt there was just no ther option at the time,, but in my gut I thinking something ‘was amiss” about this guy., “where did he come from?,,what has he done?,,,with all the dancing in the streets with the election of “Our 1st Black President”,,I too was swept up in ‘drinking the Obama Koolaid”,, but when in early 2009 when 700,000 jobs a month wre being lossed and “Obummer” was pimpin healthcare , i started to become suspicious of this guy’s leadership qualities.,,and i’ll tell ya , I knew this “Chicago hack”, would throw “Black agenda”. under the bus. He,”Obummer” had a larger agenda to suck up to and that is his Wall Street Cronies, Corporations and the NWO,,yes,, Obummer is” Hyper Mix” or ‘Racial Hybrid’ highly trained C.I.A. Asset,,mark my words

- You have a good point! If you think about it Odumbo may have her run with him as the VP of the U.S. There’s one thing that she’s known for, it’s selling. What a way to sell a hoax to have OWN as Odumbo’s VP. It’s a peutrid thought but the idiots out there would probably swallow it hook, line, and sinker only to realize later on down the road that shit hasn’t been done. Well it seems like black voters all across America are becoming increasingly frustrated with Obama according to this video. The proof is in the pudding. The people are right, it is time to LET GO! Obama hasn’t done jack for the blacks in this country and thats quite obvious since he serves special interests, the rich, and Wall St.

On top of that Obama has lost a lot of the Armed Forces that voted for him during this last election. Obama promised our boys that he’ll bring them home and end the wars, but the puppet does just the opposite. Talk about being left out on the battlefield! Left them flappin in the wind, the bastard! I’m sure the men in uniform feel like they’ve been betrayed by the so called Commander in Chief, and they have.

The stage is set up for Ron Paul to strip this nation back from the hands of tyranny. The media has been trying their hardest to make him look bad. Their no coverage trick has backfired on them so now the corporate owners are pulling the strings of their employees to fabricate any kind of story that will demonize him.

I think if Congressman Ron Paul talked to the NAACP with the CBC present, and informed them of the issues of what he is all about it would be the nail in the coffin for Obama’s campaign. Congressman Paul should act and make the effort to talk to them so he can take the black vote away from Obama. With the stunts the media is playing you could call it political racism, and it’s happening in modern day America in plain view. It parallels what Martin Luther King Jr. stood up for and was going through with the civil rights marches. If the Congressman could convince them by telling them and showing them via video clips it would infact be a tipping point in this revolution to take back the nation from the tyrants.
