A gas leak that forced the closure of a Brisbane street has been contained.
Vehicle and pedestrian access has been reopened in Grey Street, which runs beside the South Bank parklands.
The leak forced the street’s closure between Glenelg and Melbourne streets, and about 100 workers in the area evacuated their buildings.
Police say the leak has been contained but have warned there will be ongoing traffic delays.
