Awake Goy Daily Beast Makes Strong Push For WWIII
Jimmy Dore discusses a recent Daily Beast article about WWIII and the dangers of pushing Russia to the brink.
Remember after the Berlin Wall fell James Baker George H Bush’s foreign secretary promised Gorbachev that “NATO would not move one inch closer to Russia”.
What happened, we have moved NATO right up to Russia’s borders on the West, Middle East and Far East.
It is no wonder Russia wanted a “buffer zone” as they called it considering, 40 million+ people had been killed by all the invasions since Napoleon , WWI and WWII from the West.
And remember it was Russia who won the war in the west being the first into Berlin.
They also pressured Japan into surrender whilst preparing to invade.
The USA didn’t want to invade and their two nuclear bombs were seen as just another city being wiped out, as Tokyo was from fire bombing.
It was the massive Russian army that scared them the most but US students and many UK students are not taught that in school.
So here is Jimmy’s take on the article.
