Digging beneath the relentless COVID headlines in the media largely owned and controlled by two asset management firms, BlackRock and Vanguard, which are in turn controlled by a small number of families, primary among them the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, and the Bushes, a German doctor from the World Doctor’s Alliance is exposing high-level links between drivers of the mandatory experimental injection push, a little-known 2001 government drill called Operation Dark Winter, and 9/11.

The World Doctor’a Alliance has been fiercely critical of government “lockdown” policies and now, especially vaccine mandates. The major media, the ownership of which is highly concentrated, is perhaps the most critical component of the coordinated, 24/7 public messaging campaign.

Critics of the mandatory COVID vaccination push note that since even the FDA confirms that transmission is not stopped, and infections are not prevented, there is little logic or common sense recommending the highly experimental injections, which already in the short term have tens of thousands of deaths and bizarre side effects possibly attributed to them.

Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that another agenda may be in play. Joe Biden has repeatedly played on the words “dark winter.”

In the meantime, the US Congress has passed a bill which exempts its own members and their staffs from any government vaccine mandates, as reported by Newsweek. Celebrities have been caught taking fake vaccinations. The media has broadcast transparent falsehoods regarding non-“vaccine” remedies, such as when MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow mocked Ivermectin as only “for horses,” noteven a remotely passable lie.

Maddow said on the air that there is only one, retracted, study showing any benefit from Ivermectin the the treatment of COVID, which can only be called, with no room for tact, a naked, bald-faced lie.

Many countries continue to report excellent results for the use of Ivermectin in the treatment of COVID, such as India and Mexico. A story in the Rolling Stone about packed emergency rooms from Ivermectin poisoning was called out as a lie, and the magazine was forced to issue what it called an “update.”

So transparent are the lies perpetrated at the highest levels regarding life saving COVID remedies, that the Indian Bar Association has sued WHO chief scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, accusing her in a 71-point brief of causing the deaths of Indian citizens by misleading them about Ivermectin. 

The Indian Bar Association wrote:

“The Indian Bar Association has warned action under section 302 etc. of the Indian Penal Code against Dr. Soumya Swaminathan and others, for murder of each person dying due to obstruction in treatment of COVID-19 patient effectively by Ivermectin. Punishment under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is death penalty or life imprisonment.” 

It is not the conspiracy theorist, but any intelligent person, who must ask, what is really going on here?

Dr. Heiko Schoning Peels Back the Curtain

Although the public face of COVID dictates is comprised mostly of the Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates, the World Doctor’s Alliance’s Dr. Heiko Shoning, who last year was arrested in the middle of his speech at Speaker’s Corner in London as he eviscerated lockdowns, has pointed out the similarities between the current course of government’s COVID responses, and Operation Dark Winter, and the fact that many of people behind the scenes are the same.

Dr. Schoning notes that one Washington stalwart who was a key participant in Operation Dark Winter, David Gergen, is now on the board of the the elite business club the World Economic Forum, founded by “The Great Reset” author Klaus Schwab, who favors international vaccination IDs and other measures criticized by those such as Dr. Ron Paul, as an open blueprint for a totalitarian future for most of mankind not of the billionaire class.

For example, in “The Fourth Industrial Revolution,” Schwab wrote:

“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used, and so on.

In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.“

Another key participant in Operation Dark Winter was Jerome Hauer, Director of the NYC Office of Emergency Management from 1996 to February 2000, and Commissioner, of the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. It was Hauer who, although not an engineer, on the day of 9/11, posited on television that the aircraft hits to the towers were sufficient to cause the collapse of the Twin Towers, and that no pre-planted explosives were necessary.

Hauer also said presciently, to Dan Rather, that WTC 7, the third skyscraper that collapsed perfectly symmetrically in a matter of seconds, had been evacuated because of “concern for its structural stability.” At the time, no steel-framed high-rise had ever collapsed from fires in history, although many had burned far longer and far hotter than WTC 7.

Critics of official government narratives to catastrophic events call such pronouncements, while the public minds is in shock, “fixing the narrative.” The idea that collapse is inevitable is then repeated throughout the media, and any other explanation becomes fringe.

It is a small but important job, calling for the A-team of professional liars.

Now, 20 years later, Hauer has positioned himself as a public health expert, and is helping to lead the charge, along with Fauci and Bill Gates, for requiring employers to mandate COVID injections.

With a new regime of never-ending, mandatory injections, there is no limit to what can be put into people without their knowledge.

Hauer now works with “risk management” firm Teneo which counsels corporations to make COVID injections mandatory.

In an interview below, Hauer says (remarks start at 6 minutes):

“We start to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but central to all of this is behavior and vaccination…having the vaccine available is very important but you have to get to get it in peoples’ arms…federal agencies have made it clear that an employer can require an employee to be vaccinated before they come back to work..”

Incredibly, Hauer made these remarks, and got ahead of the mandatory vaccine train, in May 2020.

Citizen research is building a detailed profile of the timeline and involvement of major players in the endless response by governments to COVID. Public records reveal that Bill Gates directly funded the UK professor, Neil Ferguson, who created the “lockdown” theory, which was used by governments worldwide to justify vastly expanded powers over individuals in the name of public health.

That professor’s now widely discredited paper underlies all policies, the of which started out as ”flatten the curve,” to now “stop the spread,” which essentially gives unlimited powers to governments for as long as infectious disease exists. Although the very top players in the emerging pattern uncovered by Dr. Schoning may seem untouchable, lower players, such as Tony Fauci and Bill Gates, both have prosecutable crimes hovering over them. For Fauci it is the matter of lying to Congress for which Sen. Rand Paul has referred him to the Department of Justice, regarding his role in approving gain-of-function bat virus research funding to the Wuhan military bioweapons lab in China.

For Gates, nephew of the slain president and attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has outlined the case against him for illegal medical experimentation on children in India.

The road ahead for humanity would consist of starting with lower level players and working up.

In one of the latest of many thousands of examples of unparalleled cruelty unfolding in America over a virus with a 99.98% recovery rate for people under 50, which it is now all but agreed had man-made origins which may have been assisted by NIH funding approved by Anthony Fauci to a Chinese military bioweapons lab, a Denver police officer has gone public with his story of being crippled by a mandatory COVID injection commonly called a “vaccine,” a description which many scientists object to.

Denver Police Officer Jose Manriquz was a fabulously fit runner and father of four before the Denver PD forced him to take the Pfizer mRNA injection to keep his job. Now he says he can’t walk without assistance. His doctor believes it was the shot, and that he may not recover for years, if ever. Manriquez’s lawyer is representing nine other Denver police officers with various serious health issues after taking the injections.

As first responders, such as Officer Manriquez, who put their lives on the line for us suffer, billionaire Bill Gates has declared that there will be “no normalcy” until the entire world population has received “vaccinations” in which he is heavily invested. Gates says :“You don’t have a choice.”

Reported deaths possibly linked to the COVID injections have gone over  15,000, according to the CDC’s VAERS reporting system, with over 20,000 permanent disabilities, and over 400 miscarriages. One-third of the deaths occurred within 48 hours, in one large sampling. The number of reported deaths and injuries from the ongoing clinical trials drugs is now many times the number of reported deaths from all vaccines combined since 1990, when the reporting system began.

Officer Manriquez was injured in August. Last week a US Army Flight Surgeon assigned to the 1st Aviation Brigade in Ft. Rucker, Alabama,  grounded all of her vaccinated pilots, citing two deaths and numerous sudden, unexplained severe debilitations, and invoked the  Military Whistleblower Protection Act of 1988 in order to petition Judge Raymond P. Moore, United States District Court District of Colorado, for an injunction ordering the US Secretary of Defense to halt all COVID injections of US military personnel.

Governments and the major media stand accused by scientists such as Dr. Mike Yeadon, former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, of engaging in a year-and-a-half long campaign of “demonstrable lies” about case numbers, PCR test accuracy, true death numbers, and life-saving remedies such as hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin.

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow recently mocked the use of Ivermectin for COVID treatment as ignorant foolishness, even though many countries such as India and Mexico have reported excellent results and 80% – 90% lower COVID death rates. Maddow said Ivermectin was only for horses and livestock, even though it has a human version which is a Nobel Prize-winning drug for many on-label and off-label conditions.

Despite the new permanent health panic atmosphere, globally, no more people died than were expected to die in 2020, under normal circumstances. A handful of mostly European countries and the US did register up to 13% excess deaths.

As for the question of how so much of the institutional media and medicine could be so vilely corrupt, researchers note that Big Pharma and mainstream media are largely owned by two asset management firms: BlackRock and Vanguard, which are in turn controlled by a small number of families, primary among them he Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, and the Bushes. Big Pharma, in turn, provides half of the FDA’s annual funding. The FDA recently disregarded the advice of its own safety committee in approving “booster shots,” which are even less tested than the present shots.

Journeyman Pictures has released a documentary which details how universities and medical institutions are beholden to Big Pharma for research dollars, and in essence pays for the conclusions it wants studies to reach.

As for the larger purpose of all this skulduggery, former Congressman Dr. Ron Paul points to the readily available writings of elite businessmen-visionaries such as Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum and author of “The Great Reset.” Dr. Paul explains that the goal of elites is to eradicate individual liberty among the great masses and to make them slaves in a new societal order. Paul writes:

“This Great Reset is about expanding government power and suppressing liberty worldwide…The Great Reset will dramatically expand the surveillance state via real-time tracking.
