Flag Stomping Rapper Left Airport STUNNED After Getting Off Plane To Do THIS To Military HEROES

Rapper Lil Wayne was in the news a while back for walking all over the American flag while shooting a ‘rap video’ and many Americans were outraged. He said it was ‘unintentional’- I don’t buy that. However, the rap artist recently did something that, on the surface is extraordinarily patriotic.

While seated in his Gulfstream jet preparing for takeoff, a military plane landed and parked next to him. When Lil Wayne saw the men in uniform he told his pilot that he wanted off the plane. What happened next is something you wouldn’t expect in light of the ‘flag incident.‘

Amanda Cooper Lickliter, an employee at the airport caught it on camera and posted about it on her Facebook page.

So Lil Wayne came through IND today. At the same time he was due to depart, there was a military C130 arriving. It parked next to the Gulfstream he was on, and about 30 men in uniform crossed the ramp into the lobby.

After they walked in front of the G-550, Lil Wayne apparently told his pilots he wanted off. They shut down their engines, and he and his boys got off their plane, came into the lobby, and shook every one of the service men’s hands.

There was no press and no one to show off for… just a seemingly genuine act of respect. I know a lot of controversy surrounds him but, today, I was impressed.

Once inside the airport’s lobby, Wayne shook hands with approximately 30 military men and took pictures with them. Lickliter replied to her friend on Facebook that Wayne and his crew were the nicest people she’s ever met.

Wow. I don’t get it.

I would say that it was probably a publicity stunt but there was no press.

Now, I hate to be cynical but I can’t help be a tad suspicious given the rapper’s shady past. It’s possible that the pictures could be used at a later time for some type of negative purpose. Or as a joke. I really don’t know.

For a guy to stomp on the American flag one minute, then turn around and shake hands with military heroes the next minute is bizarre.
