His art is beyond beautiful and might just mesmerize you.
Moscow, Russia – a modern artist known as a portrait painter and a master of the brush, Mr. Andrei Shishkin, knew his calling was realistic academic painting. He was born in Moscow back in 1960 and hasn’t received any art education but he was self-taught.
Shishkin has some of the most amazing art we ever seen. He created original portraits breathing in beauty, depth and naturalism. Portrait paintings are know to be one of the most difficult art genres, because the emphasis is shifting our perception of the important part – face, which is a reflection of person’s essence.
An interesting fact is he didn’t take part in art exhibitions, ever. He took part in the decoration of churches. The artist works on order and sells his paintings online.
