Iran holds 2nd exclusive exhibition in Baghdad

Tehran, February 16, The Iran Project – Iran held second edition of exclusive exhibition with the attendance of hundreds of Iranian companies in Baghdad on Tuesday.

Aryia Majidi, the project head of the second exclusive exhibition in Baghdad said that 115 Iranian companies have attended in 13 different fields of trade, industry and health.

“Oil, gas, health, water and dam construction, food industry, medical equipment, technical and engineering service, agricultural machineries are among the fields of Iranian companies participated in the second edition of the exhibition,” Majidi stated.

Referring to the successful outcomes of the first exhibition last year, he added that public welcome of Iraqi citizens and signing agreements between two countries’ companies following the exhibition were the reasons to organize the second edition.

Speaking to a reporter, Iran’s Commercial Adviser in Baghdad also told that a delegation headed by Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines, and Trade, is to visit the exhibition on Wednesday. “During the two-day trip he will held talk with Iraqi officials,” he noted.

Iran’s exclusive exhibition in Baghdad kicked off on February 16 and will last for three days at Baghdad international fairground.
