TEHRAN – If it is needed, Iran will publish the contract with Saudi Arabia about this year’s Hajj ritual, the head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization of Iran said.
Saeed Owhadi also said Saudi Hajj officials, in meetings in January and March with Iranian counterparts, had vowed to pay the damages for the last year’s crane fall casualties by this year’s Hajj season, but have failed to keep their promise, Nasim reported.
They also vowed to announce the amount of compensation they would have to give for the Mina stampede casualties after this year’s Hajj season, Owhadi stated.
