Vienna, May 17, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif and the Omani Minister of Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah on Tuesday discussed regional developments and bilateral relations.
The two sides met on the sidelines of the first meeting of the International Contact Group on Syria.
Representatives and ministers from about 20 Arab, European and American countries as well as Iran, were present in the meeting, which ended on Tuesday.
Zarif was accompanied by his deputies Abbass Araqchi and Hossein Amir Abdollahian as well as Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossein Jaberi Ansari in the meeting.
