Awake Goy The Israeli ministerial committee for legislation unanimously approved on Sunday the ‘Nationality Law,’ which officially defines Israel a Jewish state.
According to the Israeli Ynet News, this law would enshrine as a Basic Law the concept that Israel is the nation-state of the Jewish people.
Consequently, this disrespect other religions, including Islam and Christianity and determines that all Israeli law must be interpreted according to this principle.
The Palestinians, who are the owners of the land and still living in occupied Palestine/Israel, would be referred to as Jews or must accept the Jewish interpretation for the Israeli laws, which is imposed on them.
According to the bill, united Jerusalem is the Israeli capital, Hebrew is the official language, Jews all over the world have the right to immigrate to occupied Palestine and the Palestinian refugees lose the right to return back home.
It also addressed the issue of the Jewish settlements in in the occupied Palestinian territories, adopts the Hebrew calendar and consider Jerusalem a Jewish city for Jews and Al-Aqsa Mosque has no place in the holy city, but their so-called Temple.
After the legislation will be raised to a vote in a preliminary reading in the Israeli Knesset, it will return to the committee for further discussion.
“I decided today to put an end to the foot-dragging and approve the Nationality Law at the ministerial committee for legislation,” said acting-committee chairman Yariv Levin (Likud), according to Ynet News.
“We have been waiting to discuss and make a decision on this legislation for too long. This is a basic law, which has the simple objective of safeguarding Israel’s status as the nation-state of the Jewish People. I do not understand why it has not been made into law so far,” Levin added.
He was reported by Ynet News saying that the legislation will be promoted by the government in the current Knesset session.
