Awake Goy Israeli truck driver hit Palestinian van on Wednesday evening near Jewish settlement of Shaked in occupied West Bank, killed five Palestinian workers, wounded four others.
The accident took place in area C which is under the administrative and security Israeli administration; therefore, Palestinian paramedics were unable to offer medical help for the victims.
Military Israeli paramedics evacuated the Palestinian victims, who are workers in their 40s, to Israeli hospitals.
Later on, the Israeli ministry of health officially told the Palestinian Authority ministry of health that five of the workers passed away.
The four other Palestinian workers are still undergoing medical treatment in the Israeli Rambam Medical Centre in the city of Haifa.
One of the workers is suffering serious conditions and the three others are suffering moderate conditions.
Meanwhile, the Israeli truck driver, who hit the Palestinian van and killed and wounded the Palestinian workers, was lightly wounded and evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Medical Centre Al-Khidirah.
Last month, an Israeli settler hit a Palestinian car with his armoured vehicle and killed seven people on Route 60 south of the settlement of Ofra in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli occupation authorities do not investigate such accidents and only claim the Israeli vehicles collides and unintentionally hit Palestinian vehicles and kill many Palestinians.
All the time, only Palestinians who are killed and the Israeli drivers are lightly wounded and no one knows anything about them. This encourages the Israelis to carry out more and more such attacks.
