An alleged antisemite faces trial in December accused of racially harassing a Jewish Labour MP.
Joshua Bonehill-Payne, 23, is said to have posted five abusive articles attacking Luciana Berger. He is charged with racially aggravated harassment relating to material that is said to have appeared on his websites between October 2014 and January 2015.
Titles of the articles included ‘Racist anti-white Jewish Labour MP Luciana Berger exposed’, ‘Is the Labour party a Jewish party’ and ‘The Legacy of Operation Filthy Jew Bitch’. The charge states that he ‘demonstrated towards Luciana Berger hostility based on her membership or perceived membership of a particular racial group, namely Jews’.
Bonehill-Payne appeared by videolink at the Old Bailey today from Wayland prison wearing a red T-shirt. He was unrepresented during the brief hearing and did not enter a plea to a single charge of racially aggravated harassment of Luciana Berger between 26 October 2014 and 25 January 2015.
Joshua Bonehill organised a protest against the “myth” of Jewish privilege. He was then banned from London and sent to prison for 3 years. Now he faces being charged again.
Note the charge of demonstrating hostility to someone based on their membership or perceived membership of a particular racial group. In practice this means that aliens are allowed to target Europeans for hostile stereotyping and political action but if Europeans merely point out that they are doing this, it is a crime. We are living in a state of tyranny in which Europeans are required by law to unilateral disarmament in the ethno-war, while all non-Europeans are allowed and encouraged to engage in ethnic self-assertion against them.
