“If my theory is correct, tonnes of aluminium ran down through the towers, where the smelt came into contact with a few hundred litres of water,” explained Christian Simensen, a scientist at SINTEF, an independent technology research institute based in Norway.

“From other disasters and experiments carried out by the aluminium industry, we know that reactions of this sort lead to violent explosions.”

Given the quantities of the molten metal involved, these blasts would have been powerful enough to blow out an entire section of each building, he said in a statement.

This, in turn, would lead to the top section of each tower to fall down on the sections below.

What a load of bullshit this “new theory” is.

1. FACT: Most of the mass of the WTCs never hit the ground.
2. FACT: There is NO seismic record anywhere of this mass hitting the ground.
3. FACT: The “bathtub” was NOT damaged yet special preparations were made for mere cranes to operate in it during the clean-up to keep them from damaging it.
4. FACT: The top of WTC2 tipped over at the start of its collapse but never hit the ground.
5. FACT: The Earth’s magnetic field registered a strong pulse, measured in Alaska, at the precise time of the WTCs “collapse.”

6. FACT: Alex Jones will NOT look into these FACTS. Why?

This alluminium worked itself all the way through the building, mixed with some water and then it finally exploded and made both buildings disappear into dust at near gravitational acceleration. … yeah yeah. It is called THERMITE, powdered Aluminum powdered Ferric Oxide. It burns very hot and is used in the welding industry. As far as exploding it might do that in a pure Oxygen environment but not in normal atmosphere unless special conditions are met like atomizing the powder mix.

In the Twin Towers situation I don’t see how this is possible. I think this NEW theory is BS!

The pieces of aluminum can be seen falling from the towers, everything else turns to dust. I have no idea what can cause that, but of course it’s not magical al CIAda jet fuel that can make buildings free fall and make WTC7 collapse out of sympathy.
