Awake Goy Tehran, Dec 6, IRNA – Government Spokesman Mohammad-Bagher Nobakht said on Sunday that the budget bill for the next Iranian fiscal year of 1395 (to begin on March 21, 2016) and the Sixth Five-Year Development Plan (March 2015-March 2020) have been drafted with respect to general policies of the Economy of Resistance.
Nobakht told reporters on Sunday that drafting of the next year budget bill and the Sixth Five-Year Plan is complete and the government could offer the budget bill to the Majlis today but delayed it because Majlis insisted on simultaneous submission of the two documents.
He said the government is now busy working on the Sixth Plan and will deliver it along with the budget bill to Majlis on Tuesday.
Based on reports available, President Hassan Rouhani will submit the bill of budget for the next Iranian fiscal year of 1395 (to begin on March 21, 2016) to Majlis (Parliament) on Tuesday.
Member of Majlis Budget, Plan and Audit Commission, Gholam-Ali Jafarzadeh said on Sunday that the president will also submit the bill on the Sixth Five-Year Development Plan (March 2015-March 2020) to Majlis.
