Palestinian boy sentenced to 100 days in prison

Days of Palestine, Jerusalem -An Israeli court sentenced on Wednesday a 14-year-old Palestinian boy to 100 days in prison and NIS2,400 fine.

This sentence came after the child, who was identified as Fadi Shalloudi from Jerusalme, was held under house arrest for nine months.

According to the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS), Shalloudi, lives in Al-Bustan neighbourhood in the Jerusalem town of Silwan.

The child, his 15-year-old brother Bassel, his 17-year-old brother Samer and their mother Shifa have been repeatedly kidnapped by the Israeli soldiers.

Meanwhile, the Israeli District Court in Jerusalem ordered the release of the child Jihad Shalabi, who was kidnapped on Tuesday morning from the yards of Al-Aqsa Mosque. However, it put him under house arrest.
