Photos: Is the old Nevada State Prison being converted into a massive FEMA Camp ahead of Jade Helm?

(INTELLIHUB) — A concerned citizen recently sent over a dozen images to alternative news outlet All News Pipeline that document what he believes is the site for a future FEMA camp.

The photos show suspicious activity in and around a closed state prison in Carson City, Nevada and are sparking even more concern in the lead up to Jade Helm 2015.

The concerned citizen also claimed that a close childhood friend who works for the Federal Department of Prisons had told him that the prison is or will be used as a FEMA camp.

The photos sent to ANP included a description that read:

I took these last month while visiting my hometown of Carson City NV. The Nevada State Prison was closed in recent years and I’ve heard rumblings of it being a FEMA camp. There is a small prison behind the Nevada State Prison that is still operational (Warm Springs Correctional Facility).

There is also a National Guard Armory adjacent to it. As a side note, I have a childhood friend that works for the Federal Department of Prisons tell me that site IS being used as a FEMA camp.

Another piece of info….the V & T rail road was completed in recent years and runs through the area. Here are photos of the closed prison.

Intellihub News is currently attempting to get someone in the area to take further pictures. (as well as video)

The concerned citizen also took photos across the street from the closed prison.

“These photos perplex me….this area across the street from the closed Nevada State Prison used to be a sewer. Now the area is occupied by solar panels with official vehicles parked underneath them.”

In an article on the photos published by ANP it is noted that a few of the photos sent by the concerned citizen look very similar to the mysterious white buses recently seen around the country.

“Are these more of the ‘mysterious white buses‘ we’ve been seeing recently in pictures from our readers?”

Interestingly, the multiple different lists that have been spread across the internet in the last ten years showing reported FEMA Camp locations have all included the Nevada State Prison.

This closed prison has a well-known connection to concentration camps in America.

An article on the Nevada State Personnel Watch published in 2012 detailed this fact:

Over the past few years, many of us have heard some of the commotion about FEMA camps. Perhaps not surprisingly, a few have heard nothing of them. Many ideas have been brought forth as to what FEMA camps are and what they’re likely to become. This article is my attempt to tell what the FEMA camps are. What they’re likely to become is in your hands and mine.

What are FEMA camps? FEMA camps are relocation camps run under the control of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the people responsible for the Hurricane Katrina  debacle. The term relocation camp is what the term suggests: a camp set up for the relocation of people for indefinite periods of time. Over the past few years, hundreds of these relocation camps have been established all over the United States.

Do FEMA camps really exist? Yes, by acts of Congress and Executive Orders. Follow the link to the latest version of HR 645, known as the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act of 2009. (link)  The FEMA camps themselves have been steadily developing since the early 1980’s, by the presidential order authorizing Readiness Exercise 1984 (Rex 84) or earlier. (link)

Where are these camps in Nevada?

Carson City – Nevada State Prison (now currently decommissioned)

Elko – Ten miles south of town. Wells – Camp is located in the O’Niel basin area, 40 miles north of Wells, past Thousand Springs, west off Hwy 93 for 25 miles.

Pershing County – Camp is located at I-80 mile marker 112, south side of the highway, about a mile back on the county road and then just off the road about 3/4mi.

Winnemucca – Battle Mountain area – at the base of the mountains.

Nellis Air Force Range – Northwest from Las Vegas on Route 95. Nellis AFB is just north of Las Vegas on Hwy 604.

Stillwater Naval Air Station – east of Reno . No additional data.

Although we have repeated this ad nauseam over the last 2 months, it is important to close on the note that after covering alternative media for over five years we have never seen the amount of military movements and urban domestic military training within a three-month period as we are seeing now. This is truly unprecedented.
