Awake Goy Tehran, Dec 16, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani is to address the nation in a live TV address Wednesday evening.
He will start his speech at 16:30 local time (13:00 GMT).
The President will elaborate on the closure of Iran’s Possible Military Dimension (PMD) in the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as well as the implementation procedure of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
A number of foreign media and news agencies as well as domestic reporters and journalists will cover the speech.
International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors on Tuesday unanimously voted in favor of a resolution to close Iran’s file.
The file is known as the Probable Military Dimensions (PMD) file and the resolution opens the way for Iran and six world powers (UNSC permanent members plus Germany) to honor their commitments in accordance with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
