The Nuremberg Code

As it applies to the ‘Covid19’ “vaccine” and medical testing. This is our legal right to decline PCR testing and DNA altering “vaccine,” without discrimination, including from employers.

Article 6, section 1:
Any preventative, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be expressed and my be withdrawn at any time and for any reason WITHOUT DISADVANTAGE OR PREJUDICE.

Article 6, section 3:
IN NO CASE should a collective community agreement or the consent of a community leader or other authority substitute for an individual’s informed consent.

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Section 2.
Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) Freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media communications
(c) Freedom of peaceful assembly
(d) Freedom of association

Section 7.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person and the right not to be deprived thereof, except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

Section 8.
Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure. (This is your guaranteed right for a reasonable expectation of your privacy of person and personal information.)

Section 9.
Everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.

Section 15.
(1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

Please note, the following condition on your rights and freedoms, in Section 1 of the Charter:

Section 1.
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

It means that any new measures must PROVEN to be “reasonable” and “demonstrably justified.”

HOWEVER, THE ONUS IS ON THE STATE TO SHOW THAT:

(1) there is a valid legislative objective, and
(2) the measures taken to affect that valid objective are proportional and not over-reaching.

Our government’s current “pandemic” measures are NOT “reasonable” NOR are they “demonstrably justifiable.” These measures are not scientifically or medically based, nor have they been proven effective whatsoever in the case of viral respiratory disease (the flu).

So WHAT is the excuse for this? On what are these mandates hinged? On FRAUDULENT Declarations of Emergency.

“Declaration of Emergency” Fraud in Canada

In order to make a Declaration of Emergency in any province or territory in Canada, first certain conditions or “criteria” MUST be met. Otherwise you could have mass pandemonium over nothing. However this did not happen when each province and territory in Canada made their Declarations of Emergency.

The Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA)

Sub-section 3, Criteria 1:
A Declaration of Emergency is made when there is an emergency that requires immediate action to prevent, reduce, or mitigate a “danger of major proportions,” that could result in serious harm to persons or damage to property. (This is the real definition of an ‘emergency.’)

For example in Ontario, with a population of just over 14,745,000 and only 1 ‘Covid19’ “RELATED” death at the time of the Declaration of Emergency, the criteria of “danger of major proportions” was NOT met.

Therefore the Premier’s declaration was made in VIOLATION to the very definition of “emergency” under the EMCPA.

Sub-section 3, Criteria 2 (i), (ii), (iii):
None of the provinces or territories met the ONE of these three circumstantial criteria REQUIRED to make a Declaration of Emergency. Further, they based their declarations on a predictive model from the UK which was outrageously over predicting the number of deaths in Canada.

Without meeting the criteria and circumstances set out in the EMCPA, all provincial and territorial Declarations of Emergency were EXCESSIVE, UNREASONABLE, and UNJUSTIFIED. Now, with further and continual extensions to the Declarations of Emergency by all provinces and territories, it has proven to be a sheer abuse of authority. The actual and real circumstances of emergency did not exist then, and do not exist now.

I know many Canadians are terrified due to the endless fear mongering that has occurred. We must help these unfortunate ones who do not understand that fear is a tool which is being used to manipulate them. We must speak out, we must educate. We must not allow their fear response to silence us. For those unfortunate, terrified people it its time for the proverbial bandaid to be ‘ripped off.’ These are the people who are being blindly lead to take an experimental gene altering “vaccine,” like lambs to the slaughter. It is better for them to experience the pain of the paradigm shattering truth now. Otherwise it is the piercing steel tip of genocide that awaits them.

All over the country Canadians are waking up to see that this “pandemic” is nothing more than a fraud which is being used to sully our precious Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. To drag it through the mud and dismantle it before our very eyes. NOT ANYMORE. We can not stand idly by while the very laws which are created to protect us are subverted, bastardized, and turned against us. We can no longer participate in this crime against humanity which is occurring not just in Canada, but all over the world.

It’s time to stand up. Inform yourself. Do the research. Do the Math. Statistically there have been no extra deaths compared to previous years. Find out what your rights are, how they are being violated, and say NO. We will not go quietly into the night. WE ARE CANADA. Our charter of Rights and Freedoms is our Constitution. It is our National Identity. It is WHO WE ARE as a nation, and as united people. These rights and others MUST be preserved. It is now the responsibility of each individual in this country to RESPECT and DEFEND these rights. We are fighting for our very soul of our country, the ideals that make it great. We must push back against these measures as if we fight for our very lives. I assure you, that is exactly what we are doing with the establishment pushing a deadly “vaccine. If we do not put a stop to this now, there will be no Canada left for us.
