SANCTIONS IMPOSED BY WHOM? NOT THE HIRING AGENCY KNOWN AS THE UNITED NATIONS. HOW CAN ONE NATION – THE U.S. IMPOSE SANCTIONS AND EXPECT OTHER NATIONS TO ABIDE BY THEM? UNDER WHAT SECTION OR ARTICLE OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT RULES DOES IT ALLOW THAT?
