On the premiere episode of the Sandy Hook Justice Report, we join Wolfgang W. Halbig, who has lived a life of serving the public as a law enforcement officer, school official, and school safety expert. Mr. Halbig has been on a mission to expose the truth behind the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting ever since two homicide detectives appeared at his home; threatening him to stop asking questions.
In this episode we will cover the recent discovery of an email sent by Monte Frank admitting to releasing subpoenaed witnesses at Mr. Halbig’s Freedom of Information Hearing. We also take a look into the expanding corruption within the Hartford Judicial Branch. We will examine why Assistant State’s Attorney Thomas J. O’Brien, Supervisor Carl Ajello, and the State of Connecticut continue to pursue the unlawful prosecution of a whistleblower at the Hartford Community Court.

On this edition of the Sandy Hook Justice Report, we welcome our guest, financial whistleblower, James Hastings. Several corrupt entities in Connecticut have targeted Hastings due to his attempts to notify the public about a major banking scandal involving the breach of sensitive and confidential customer account information by People’s United Bank. In an attempt to cover-up the wrongdoings of People’s United Bank, the law firm of Pullman & Comley LLC has tried to silence Hastings through intimidation, threats, and illegal court procedures. We break down the various unethical activities of Pullman & Comley LLC within this interview.
We also discuss recent safety concerns for Wolfgang Halbig’s family. Among these are threats to poison Halbig’s grandchildren with “specially prepared” objects, harassment of Halbig’s spouse at her workplace, and multiple attempts of intimidation through federal mail fraud. James P. Wagoner of McCormick Barstow LLP and his accomplices/clients will be held responsible.
Given the prior experiences of Hastings, it is understandable why Wolfgang Halbig has faced threats of bodily injury and poisoning after seeking answers regarding the December 14, 2012 shooting incident of Sandy Hook. Attorney Monte Frank of Cohen and Wolf P.C., President of the Bar Association of Connecticut, and representation of Newtown during Halbig’s FOIA hearings, has his prior as well as current involvements with Pullman & Comley LLC. While people try to squeeze out tidbits of answers from a single event, it would be only logical to look at the larger picture. Resonating from a pattern of behavior from the State’s Judges and Supreme Court Justices, Governor Dannel P. Malloy’s supporting interest groups, and connected crooked law firms, a very solid consistency remains. Follow the money.

We also look into how the Sandy Hook shooting illusion has hurt so many innocent Americans for no reason other than to push a liberal gun control and mental health agenda for the Democrats.
Wolfgang also discusses the blatant corruption of the Hartford Community Court, involving Judge Raymond Norko, Assistant State’s Attorney Thomas J. O’Brien, and his supervisor Carl Ajello of the Hartford State’s Attorney’s Office, who are responsible for multiple mockeries of the Connecticut Judicial System, including: felonious court document tampering, civil rights violations, termination of a defendant’s legal defense fund, religious persecution, cruel and unusual punishment, and withholding exculpatory evidence under the authority of the Hartford State’s Attorney’s Office. The State’s Attorney’s Office
has refused to provide several police reports related to Jonathan Reich’s case and the prosecuting authority cannot produce key pieces of evidence against a “suspect,” one should question how a prosecution is even possible, given that evidence against the suspect is actually evidence against the state of Connecticut.
