However, all five permanent Security Council members as well as all non-permanent Security Council members with the exception of Japan and Venezuela voted concurrently in favor of adopting the resolution that is to be implemented with immediate effect.

The material involved in the joint Japanese – Venezuelan proliferation scam comes from the crippled Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in Japan. The United States drafted and proposed the resolution after analysts from the U.S. Department of Defense advised President Barack Obama and the U.S.’ National Security Council the corium from the triple meltdown (China Syndrome) is melting its way through the Earth in the direction of Venezuela.

President Obama  announced that the USA had its suspicions about the proliferation scam in 2015 already, and that any unauthorized nuclear proliferation by anyone other than the nuclear armed superpowers and permanent Security Council members was intolerable.

Obama added that he was deeply disappointed with Tokyo and that the incident was not conducive of US support for abolishing the status of enemy state to the UN of Japan, Germany and Italy from the UN Charter any time soon.

Obama also voiced his deep frustration over the fact that Japan would support Venezuela, a country that the USA is targeting for subversion.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia was deeply concerned about the situation and suggested that Japan, for the foreseeable future, should exclusively build Russian nuclear reactors and deposit all nuclear waste that could be used for producing weapons grade material in Russia.

Putin also noted that the incident, even though Russia had all sympathies for Venezuela, is a serious setback with regard to the signing of a Russian – Japanese peace agreement and with regard to finding a solution about the northern Japanese territories or South Kuril Islands as Russia designates them since it occupied the islands after WW II.

Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed that China was glad that the resolution was adopted unanimously. Xi was particularly fond of the fact that the resolution prohibits the stationing of any Japanese troops on the disputed Diaoyu Dao or Senkaku islands. Xi also noted that the incident also underpins how important it is for the international community that China increases its military presence in the Pacific.

Xi stressed that China initially opposed UNSC 1945 (April 1 – 2016) because article 66 that calls for building a security wall around Venezuela.  Xi added that China changed its mind after being granted permission to build a cement plant in Venezuela to help build the wall.

U.S Presidential hopeful Donald Trump tweeted that he would build that wall, and that he could build like nobody else. President Xi Jinping reportedly responded to Trumps tweet, offering Trump a no-bid contract for the restoration of the great Chinese Wall. Trump agreed but said, Mexico first.

UN Secretary-General Ban Kyi-moon commented: “Who cares, I’m soon finished with this job and have to consider how a comment could influence my chances of being elected as president of South Korea before I say more about this. I can say though, that it would greatly improve both US – South Korean and Chinese – South Korean relations if we also could find an agreement about a wall along the Chinese – North Korean border, provided that I could be involved in a joint venture with Trump”.
