Sharia LAW = Guiding points for Muslims toward living an Islamic life = NOT imposed by Government
Sharia LAW = Like the 10 commandments = Divine & Philosophical guidance and understanding.
Sharia LAW = Distinguishes between the spiritual value (God’s view) of an action separate from the worldly (human) value of that action.
Sharia LAW = Rules obligate a devout Muslim to pray, but not to be enforced by a Muslim ruler.
Sharia LAW = Was never designed to help governments police morality = Like Saudi Arabia does.
Sharia LAW = NOT done by a Muslim Ruler.
Muslim Rulers = Instead put forth another type of law, called Siyasa, based on what best serves the public good. For example, preventing incest.
Sharia LAW = In Muslim countries is NEVER THE LAW OF THE LAND IMPOSED ON THE NATION’S PEOPLE = Nothing like the Laws of the United States imposed on Americans. = ONLY SAUDI DICTATORS VIOLATE THIS REALITY!
SAUDIS LIE = Saudi Arabia’s ambassador in London demanded that British officials respect his country’s legal system “based on Sharia law.” = WHO SPREAD THIS TOTAL LIE!
Sharia LAW = Like the 10 commandments “Thou shall not Kill” may influence the “SIYASA LAWS” put into the legal codes in Muslim-majority countries, like it did in America.
Sharia LAW = A list of ideals but NEVER IMPOSED ON A NATION = THOUGH THE SAUDIS PRETEND THEY FOLLOW IT WHEN IN FACT THEY USE A FAKED VERSION TO PREVENT UPRISINGS AGAINST THEIR DICTATORSHIP!
Sharia LAW = Men are the “protectors” of women, but this NEVER meant women must obey men and NEVER meant women are inferior to men in any way. There is no component of Sharia that says women must ware head covers or are prevented from driving = SAUDIS who are WAHHABI EXTREMISTS IMPOSE THESE LAWS ON WOMEN AS PART OF THEIR DICTATORSHIP!
Sharia LAW & Islam Principles = Are best described as feminist including the right to enjoy sex and fight in combat (Women fought alongside the prophet Muhammad himself) + Pro-choice in many ways and even than even abortions up to the first-trimester are allowed but beyond that are forbidden + A woman’s property is hers exclusively held in her name, and cannot be appropriated by her husband, brother or father (Not so in American courts).
Some nations impose non-Sharia ideas in their legal code = Women in Iran can’t run for president or attend men’s soccer matches. = Not part of Sharia.
Sharia LAW & Islam = Do NOT demand brutal punishments like stoning, flogging, & beheading = SAUDIS WROTE THESE LAWS INTO THEIR LEGAL CODE outside Islam or Sharia = SAUDIS ARE NON-ISLAM WAHHABI EXTREMISTS LIKE ISIS! In fact, the Quran’s prohibits wanton violence: It forbids attacks on civilians, property, houses of worship and even animals. Sharia advocates fair treatment of innocents and prisoners.
Sharia = Does permit harsh corporal punishment (like America for murder), but restricts its application. If food is taken to survive there is no corporal punishment. Also, in the case of extramarital sex there an extremely high evidentiary burden of proof that includes four eye-witnesses so is almost never punished in TRUE ISLAMIC NATIONS. Again, Saudi Wahhabis wrote their own laws.
Sharia LAW & Islam Principles = Has not motivation for conquest but Saudi Wahhabi Extremists do.
Saudi Wahhabi Extremists = Do Seek to impose their WAHHABISM LAWS and replace Western civilization with a radical imposition of WAHHABISM LAWS and DICTATORSHIP, but that is NOT FOUNDED IN SHARIA LAW or the Principles of Islam!
Sharia LAW & Islam Principles & The Quran = Repeatedly commands Muslims to keep promises and uphold covenants & treaties among nations and that extends to individuals living under non-Muslim rule. + Muslims who have lived as minorities in non-Muslim societies, Sharia has always insisted that Muslims in non-Muslim lands must obey the laws of those lands and do no harm within host countries + If intolerable then Muslims are obligated to emigrate elsewhere. + No principle advocates violence or a takeover of those governments.
ONE ADDED THING = LIKE CHRISTIANITY FOR A THOUSAND+ YEARS, MUSLIMS DO NOT BELIEVE IN USURY INTEREST = UNFORTUNATELY, some form of usury interest has even crept into muslim nations like it did into Christian nations.
