There may be an overtly political reason that moviegoers will be seeing the story of the Osama bin Laden raid just before they vote for president. Sony Pictures, the company distributing next year’s film, hosted a fundraiser for Barack Obama on their studio’s premises in California last April.
So far, Sony is the only major studio to hold a political fundraiser this cycle. According to Deadline Hollywood, Sony will release the bin Laden movie, directed by Academy Award-winning director Kathryn Bigelow, on October 12, 2012–less than a month before the presidential election.
“The eyebrow does go up when you see the release date,” says Douglas Urbanski, a Hollywood producer and conservative radio talk show host.

These guys gotta go down. People need to see just how much of the “snewz” and I do mean all of it, is fabricated BS done by D grade actors. Yes, even the Gifford shooting is a B movie! But through sony, they can make it look real for ya’s.

You know it really bothers me that they make these propaganda films and everybody treats them like a regular movie, like ET for example. Nobody mentions them as propaganda and when I do they look at me funny.

I looked today for the film of his ’89 I think it was, interview on 60 minutes and it’s gone. He must of been threatening about copyright infringements. People only have the transcript up. I guess to many people know about him now. Maybe his life is in danger. We can hope!
Columbia said in a news release that the as-yet untitled film, to be directed by Ms. Bigelow and written by Mark Boal, the journalist and Oscar-winning screenwriter of “The Hurt Locker,”
will focus
“on the black ops mission to capture or kill Osama bin Laden, which culminated in his death earlier this month during a high-stakes raid on his compound in Pakistan.”
The studio added that Ms. Bigelow and Mr. Boal, who will also produce the movie,
“have been developing the project since `2008` and plan to incorporate recent events into the film.”
Production on the film, for which casting was not immediately announced, is planned to begin later this summer, and the movie is scheduled to be released in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Amy Pascal, the co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment, said in a statement that Ms. Bigelow and Mr. Boal
“have an outstanding perspective on the team that was hunting the most wanted man in the world,” adding that they
“will bring the same kind of compelling authenticity and urgency that distinguished ‘The Hurt Locker’ and made that film so memorable and special.”
(They are calling this an Oscar winner before it has even been produced)

You couldn’t make that up – not even 2000AD – Judge Dredd, well except maybe the story Asylum.
What I like is Kathy Bigelow making a movie about something NOBODY HAS DETAILS OF since as we know, the raid was a hoax.
The best is people won’t see this is a work of pure fiction and will just take what is in the movie as fact and this is nothing more than propaganda for the Obombya admin and military. I can only hope that by this time next year the masses will have seen how bogus the Osama kill story is and this movie will be eaten alive by critics and moviegoers.
Someone will have to explain to me how this is any different than the Nazis and how they used film for propaganda.
Amusing how every week the U.S is turning more and more into Nazi Germany and the majority there have no clue of this and would say it is crazy to think that. Morons.

I thought almost the same thing, maybe she wants to become the Leni Riefenstahl of this century! Just that the “triumph of the will” is based on true events and a documentary whilst the supposed Bin Laden killing is based on media and some politicians reports and will be fictional!
I had my doubts from day 1, but after the killing of the Team in the helicopter incident, I do REALLY believe as well that this whole thing is/was made up to cover for a while at least other, economic things, that are/were going on.
But Rob, I do NOT find it amusing if the US becomes more and more like Nazi Germany (which is correct and its NOT crazy: Nazi Germany in the 21th Century), because Nazi Germany may have been ok in the beginning (after the worldwide depression) but it ended in devastation. Maybe some think this time we do it right though…
History teaches actually of mistakes, sad is that lots of people glorify Nazi Germany nowadays…also because of the gigantic obeying masses shown in the Riefenstahl movies.

I believe they got the leader as well – a F-16 fighter dropped a bomb on him. That tidies most of the loose ends, but now they’ve got eliminate that squadron.
Also people, aj hasn’t given one bit of news to Corsi and he was in Hawaii yesterday presenting the Hawaii state to present his real BC. They said they will take care of it on Sept. 14th. So still they are saying no.
The info is on WND as is the info about the Audit they did on the Fed, but aj seems to of lost that bit of news too!!

this corporation is becoming more and more a scam. I didn’t know Sony’s aim are politically motivated, but it makes sense. The product qualities going down the drain with implanted software in computers for example, to destroy your hardware and motherboard plus after a certain time. I have this problem now for a comp that is a 2 years old and it was expensive too. I could have bought two others and easy to fix machines. Not sure it is because made in China or of Sony’s own policy.
Sad state there.
