Awake Goy Sowulo is a Dutch music project that makes Viking Folk music.

Since the idea of creating this music project early 2010, Faber started by producing a band logo, the concept and music for the debut album. It’s all build upon the rune ‘Sowulo’ which represents the Sun. In the end of 2011 all the ideas came together, so we started recording in The Orchus studio. This ritual music album entitled Alvenrad, came out in 2012. In the end of 2016 we recorded and released our second album SOL. This is an acoustic blend of new and old material, and much more energetic then the first album.
