Ten years after 9/11, a key question at the heart of the plot remains unanswered – why did the terrorists spend so much time in Las Vegas?
Police went to tremendous lengths to piece together the hijackers movements in the days, weeks and months before they crashed airliners into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Despite checking out thousands of leads in Sin City, police never came up with a definitive reason why ringleader Mohammed Atta and his Al Qaeda accomplices visited Las Vegas as many as five times before the attacks.
But a confidential 10-page police intelligence report suggests ‘the most crucial planning’ for the worst terror act in the U.S. was done from the seedy off-Strip motels and internet cafes where the hijackers blended in with tourists visiting the gambling mecca from around the world.
The report, seen by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, dismissed speculation that the men were laundering terrorist money or having a final fling in the city’s strip clubs and casinos.

Curious how those supposed hijackers were devout muslims but frequented bars and strip clubs all the time. Willing to die for the faith and yet live a life in direct opposition to it.

we have devout muslims in the UK that drink,gamble,take and sell drugs,get young white girls drunk so they can rape them

True, but these sort of UK muslims were not highly devout jihadists ready and willing to die for their faith. I wonder how devout they really are.
A drug-using, whoring, alcohol-abusing lifestyle does not fit the profile of those willing to die for their faith, no matter the particular faith.

I wouldn’t describe people who drink, gamble, take and sell drugs as devout Muslims whether they be “Jihadists” or orthodox.
With your comment, I can only surmise either you assume drug dealing is commonly practiced by devout Muslim or you couldn’t care less to differentiate between Muslims and common drug dealing criminals.
I know this for a fact; the Taliban crushed the heroin trade in Afghanistan and it is now big business with the best Afghan heroin in the streets of America.

I know for a fact that the Taliban did not crush the drugs trade and they have stockpiled up to 20yrs worth of heroin

I remember watching an interview with the Jeddah former US embassy worker who denied the visas to the Arab patsies and then his decision was overturn by his superior CIA officers
They needed the patsies so badlly so they had to break the vissas regulations to get them in the USA

This guy was a common criminal shot by the police 6month before the 09-11 while trying to arrest him;what you say is he might have overheard something about the remote controlled airplanes?CIA is operating remote controlled surveillance aircraft worldwide since JFK;;;;;not only over Afghanistan but everywhere
The fact is that the remote control software should not be allowed to take over the passenger aircraft because events like 09-11 could happen and the pilot cant control anything
On the other hand if the pilot is unavailable due to any kind of event,then is also bad
