Awake Goy Do you ever turn on Netflix and look for something that will truly inspire you? Something that will expand your mind or touch your soul is a way that truly fulfils you and isn’t simply helping you to pass the time? This is perhaps one of the biggest challenges when it comes to many movies these days. They often leave us wondering, “What value did that really offer me?”
The good news is, conscious media is expanding like crazy. Some great new shows are coming to platforms like Netflix that do have meaningful and conscious undertones to them and that help us explore our own consciousness. We see films coming out in the mainstream that have incredibly deep messages in them as well. We can see that media is changing, and for people looking for conscious exploration, options are popping up all over.
For example, the annual Illuminate Film Festival in Sedona, Arizona, is a hot spot for not only a ton of conscious content and media, but also for an environment with incredible people and space all centred around the same theme.
The Illuminate Film Festival is the premiere destination for all conscious cinema, giving change-makers in the world of film a reputable platform to display their work. The festival features an abundance of empowering content on subjects such as, but not limited to:

- Consciousness
- Mind-Body Science
- Spiritual Practice
- Organic and Plant-Based Nutrition

The festival offers viewers the opportunity to learn and be entertained via a platform we all enjoy, with the added incentive of being around like-minded individuals.
This year’s festival will take place over five days from May 31st-June 4th and will feature many conscious films, speakers, workshops, and more, all across various beautiful venues in Sedona, Arizona.
