Years of research have revealed that the purpose of ongoing international geoengineering operations is to control the weather to create droughts and artificial scarcity of water and food (planned “problem”).

From the resulting global crisis, chaos and fear (planned “reaction”) of people not having adequate water and food due to “climate change,” a totalitarian world government (planned “solution”) will be perpetrated under the veil of “sustainable development” (See United Nations’ Agenda 21  and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development).

Speaking of year 2030:

According to UN-endorsed projections, global demand for fresh water will exceed supply by 40% in 2030, thanks to a combination of climate change, human action and population growth.

The secondary purpose of chemtrails is to make the population sick by causing individuals to ingesting toxins such as aluminum and possibly viruses.

The Geoengineered Cape Town Drought

The Geoengineered Cape Town Drought is a test-run, a preview of what the rest of us can expect in the coming years.

Day Zero is looming for Cape Town.  According to the latest estimates May 11th is when the city’s water supply will be turned off, leaving four million residents to line up for water rations at one of 200 points across the city.

Cape Town is in the middle of an unprecedented drought and rainfall has been far below expected levels for the past three years. Residents are being asked to limit use to 50 liters a day (13.2 gallons), which is less than a third of the average daily water use in Britain.

In 2013, farmers in South Africa contacted Geoengineeringwatch.com and reported that geoengineering was decimating their land, stating:

Our air is acrid and dry and my crops have failed. My animals are on their last legs. We are being forced to take out loans via the Landbank, thus enslaving us and also forcing us to buy GMO seeds. The North West has been declared a Disaster Area.

NASA satellite images and videos posted by concerned individuals also confirm that South Africa is a target of intense geoengineering.

Without any mention of geoengineering, National Geographic states that “climate change” may have exacerbated Cape Town’s drought and warns that much of the world is at risk of a similar situation.  Mexico City, Melbourne, Jakarta, Sao Paulo, and California are listed as potential water shortage victims of “climate change.”

In a similar article that makes no mention of geoengineering but notes “climate change,” the BBC adds Bangalore, Beijing, Cairo, Moscow, Istanbul, London, Tokyo, and Miami to the list of major cities that can expect water shortages.

Geoengineering Stops Rain

Just a few minutes of research reveals that the Air Force owns the weather and that we no longer have natural weather.  The question is why.





For years a real weatherman (1PacificRedwood) has proved several times a week that the purpose of geoengineering is to stop rain, specifically in California.  Each of his videos provide numerous satellite images clearly showing that an artificial ridge of high pressure has been installed on the West Coast to stop rain.  He shows storms being manipulated by ground and satellite transmitters, with storm systems forming clearly unnatural features such as perfect right angles and straight lines hundreds of miles long.  When a low pressure system is off the coast, 1PR predicts with perfect accuracy that the jets will be spraying aluminum and barium to prevent atmospheric lift which is needed for precipitation to occur.

Without a doubt, geoengineering is responsible for the California drought and related fires.

In Southern California, the Weather Channel (owned by the Rothschilds and Bain Capital) often forecast rain, yet as the day of rain get closer, the forecast changes to no rain.  Instead of rain, Californians are sprayed like bugs by the Geoengineeers then told to conserve water due to “climate change.”

Last week alone, Southern California had two days of rain in the forecast.  The forecast was changed, no rain fell, and the jets were out spraying as high pressure was installed.  See Orange County in the below photo on 2/11/18 by author.

Geoengineering Harms Human Health

Russell L. Blaylock, M.D., a neurosurgeon, explains that geoengineering (planes spraying aluminum) is extremely harmful to human health:

It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern is the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.

Dr. Ilya Sandra Perlingieri wrote:

chemtrails (geoengineering) toxicity has already dramatically affected our deteriorating collective health. The significant increase in heart disease and various upper respiratory illnesses has been linked to a vast increase in particulate matter in our air.

Recently scientists reported that an “astonishing number” of viruses float down on us from the sky. “Every day, more than 800 million viruses are deposited per square metre above the planetary boundary layer.”  The study says that “viruses are being swept up into the free troposphere — the layer of atmosphere between the area where Earth’s weather systems develop,” and then falling back to earth and making people sick.

Are the viruses really climbing to the sky and floating back down or are they being sprayed from the geoengineering planes?

How to Stop Geoengineering and One World Governance

It is hard to rob a bank when the police and bank employees have been alerted in advance.  Likewise, it is hard to make the world’s population submit to a criminal one world government when a substantial portion of the population understands that droughts and food shortages are geoengineered by those advocating said government.

By simply sharing this information with friends, family, and acquaintances, we can stop geoengineering and one world government.

When you use the term “geoengineering” instead of “chemtrails” and have reliable information, people will listen.  Many people are wondering about the lines in the sky and asking why the weather is insane.  It’s our responsibility to tell them as they will surely prefer reliable information over the meaningless term “climate change.”
