What if the Constitution were written not to limit government, but to expand it? What if the Constitution didn’t fulfill the promise of the Declaration of Independence, but betrayed it? What if the Constitution actually permitted the government to limit and constrict freedom? What if the Bill of Rights was just a paper promise, that the government could avoid whenever it claimed the need to do so? What if the same generation – in some cases the same people – that drafted the U.S. Constitution enacted laws that violated it? Revolution is inevitable. I want to spill the blood of these tyrants.
In the meantime, while they trample on the constitution and our liberty, I suggest trampling on their bogus fiat currency by writing, “END THE FED” on it.

The US Constitution was a betrayal of the Declaration of Independence. Real patriots such as Patrick Henry, George Mason and a few others saw it as a blueprint for empire and fought it. The Bill of Rights was added at their insistence as a defense against the Constitution! Big Banker whores such as Hamilton and the Federalists didn’t want any enumerated rights – they said “You must trust us and our promises to observe your rights.” Henry said, “Not good enough – we need guarantees.”
Masons crave power and that’s what they got with their seven Articles. They fought the Ten Articles of Amendment (the Bill of Rights) right up till December, 1791. They nullified their own Constitution in 1913 with the 17th Amendment. This provided for the direct election of Senators. The Constitution was a contract between the States and the People, the former represented by Senators appointed by State legislatures and the latter by Representatives elected popularly. When Senators became elected popularly, too, the States were no longer represented and the Constitution was rendered null and void. We have been under a sham government ever since.
The Constitution is a fraud on the people and should be abandoned. It has not protected us from civil or foreign wars, from inflation and federal corruption. It is in fact the engine of all these crimes, authorizing such racketeering as the private Federal Reserve Corporation and its collection agency, the IRS. The Bill of Rights was our great champion for many years but it, too, has collapsed because it is in conflict with the first Seven Articles of the US Constitution. The Supreme Court protects the Constitution but it does not protect the Bill of Rights.
The Freemasons wanted a central bank which must have a central government to enforce it. Henry Clausen, the head of Freemasonry in the ’60s and ’70s, said this in his book, Masons Who Helped Shape Our Nation (pp 14-16):
“Second only to Washington and Franklin in this movement were Robert Morris and Alexander Hamilton. Often called ‘The Banker of the Revolution,’ Brother Morris, like Hamilton, realized that a national fiscal and economic system was necessary to hold the States together. First steps were made toward this when Morris, who had received a Masonic apron from Washington himself in 1778, was named Superintendent of Finance in 1781 and when the Bank of North America was opened in 1782. [sic] Original stockholders were Franklin, Jefferson, Hamilton, Monroe and Jay. The Bank clothed Washington’s army and supplied enough confidence in the new Nation to win America international recognition. Hamilton – aide-de-camp to Washington in the Revolution, member of the Continental Congress, and first US Secretary of the Treasury – supported Morris, proposed extending the Bank into The First Bank of the United States and, with Washington’s strong support, succeeded in this endeavor to establish America on a sound monetary basis.”
And now we can understand why. Hamilton’s father’s name was Levy, by the way. The central bank was the entire purpose of the Revolution from the Masons’ position. It would not become the true dictatorial power with total control of interest and credit until 1913 because of intelligent resistance based on an understanding of money and credit by our true patriots up until that significant year.
The Constitution is toilet paper to the federal government. We don’t live in a nation that believes in democracy, it’s hypocrisy. We claim to do one thing publicly and privately the government does whatever the heck it wants with no oversight. This is the problem. As for freedom, everyone’s disappeared after the 2008 election. There is some hope, if Judge Napolitano can tell the truth on the Presstitute media. I am surprised that they allowed it, I’m sure that many of you know that you are censored on cites that require you to use Facebook and Yahoo log ins just for saying the same things that the Judge said.
True, we’re not Judges, but we at least had the delusion of the First Amendment, and I just read a story today about a guy who was being required by local law enforcemnet to lose his Second Amendment, turn in his guns, for speaking of a woman who might suffer a “spritual death”. She comlained of his “free speech” and he lost his Second Amendment right, if he really ever had it at all.
I believe that everything Napolitano said in that clip is true, we have only been living an illusion of freedom. It is becoming more and more clear to me, in my personal experiences lately on line and elsewhere, that the people who fostered that illusion have decided to take it away from us. Sometimes a dose of reality is what people need, TPTB would say, and I say I agree, as long as the right people get that dose of reality. We are coming to a time when very strong organized action will be necessary to inform TPTB that it is THEY who suffer the delusion, not us.
Perhaps, if they are not too delusional themselves, they’ll accept our demanding the freedoms so that they won’t have to lose theirs or worse, go the way of tyrants throughout history and suffer the lawful punishment for treason and crimes against humanity.
The Judge is great. If you follow what he is saying, the American dream was never ours. It was never our government. You can not change something to be in your favor if it was never meant to work that way. They trick us and used us to give us what we have today!

Something is missing in what we hear from others as they post, write, or speak about defeating the NWO. What is missing can doom us to extinction.
What is missing is their ideas for the future once we put the tyrants to rout. It’s as though people are screaming put out the fire! But no one is asking where is the fire hose.
It is not enough to drive Obama and the neocons off a cliff. Whatever conditions led to their coming to power still exist. This is where our focus should be. Priority One is having a plan, during our pre-revolutionary planning and post-revolutionary reconstruction, that clearly sets forth our vision for the future. We don’t have one yet!
Have you noticed that leaders and politicians NEVER mention what we must do to change the failed status quo? As though everything was ideal except we need someone different in office! This deception by the NWO maintains the status quo—their demonic control of our lives.
Lacking a vision, our future will revert to the past. All the things we are doing now, our life styles, our expectations, our attachments, our ideas about God, our false notions of reality…..these are the conditions that invite tyranny after tyranny.
To doubt this is to ignore centuries of tyranny, religious as well as governmental, and to blind ourselves to our own failed ethics. The big tyranny simply mirrors our little tyrannies. Why should we revolt against the evil in the banksters but not against the evil in ourselves?
We are not personally exempted! Reality is manifested by our thoughts and anticipations. Our first step to victory is inward. Who are we, what do we really want, and why do we believe what we believe?
It would be healthy to type your answers in NotePad, and pick at them mercilessly, making improvements through revision and revision until it crystalizes in your mind. Do it again, day after day. The idea, announced long ago, is that the unexamined life is not worth the living. Writing is many things, but it is also self-examination.
It would be unhealthy to sit there, a cigarette in one hand and a glass of Scotch in the other, pondering your self-induced victim status and how to get revenge.
Victory begins in our hearts. Victory belongs to those whose consciousness is equal to the task. And what is consciousness? Consciousness is the awareness of the true nature of reality that we bring to solving life’s challenges.

I love the Judge but I wish he would use his knowledge and understanding of the law to file suites to the Courts to get some of this overturned. If he, a former Judge, can’t get cases through the courts, then what are we waiting for? There is no more intellectual battle to fight, it must get physical.

The irony is that Mr. Napolitano poses these questions as hypotheticals, yet understanding that this is and has been the reality of some people in the United States and may be the reality for many more people. But they will try to adjust your psychology before hand to make is seem normal. The government has been come the scapegoat, a receptacle for all of the people’s complaints . But it is not ‘just’ the government, or the criminals who have accessed positions of power within government, it is the people. The Bill of Rights is the people’s document and ‘they’ have said that it is nothing but a piece of paper with utopian, wishful thinking inscribed on it. Of course, all of those wonderful utopian dreams should apply for the benefit of them…for others…well who cares.
If the gov’t wants all the control and all the power and wants to run our lives, then YES the gov’t inherits responsibility by default…….DUH! And YES they will be the scapegoat and “receptacle for all the peoples complaints”.

I think you failed to appreciate the point. There is a problem of government certainly, but it exists because ‘you’ the people are a greater problem, but don’t want to deal with that….just blame and point fingers to a faceless government. I second that with Ventura as the Secretary of state or Defense whichever is third in line for the president. That would ensure no one kills Ron Paul because the ones behind him would be even worse for the people in power. Ron Paul’s VP nomination is going to be huge one because of his age and two because of what I see as the very real threat of someone killing him.
