One suffered a facial injury, another a slash wound and one was airlifted to hospital, police said.
A prisoner with a serious eye injury was flown to Melbourne’s The Alfred Hospital, while another with a head injury was taken to Geelong Hospital, an Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said.
