TSA Chief Flew To Brussels On Day Of Attacks To “Warn Government”

TSA boss flew to Brussels before attacks to pre-warn authorities

The head of the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) reportedly flew out to Belgium on the morning of the Brussels attack, in a desperate attempt to warn authorities before they took place.

According to a bizarre Foreign Intelligence Service report coming out of Russia, Admiral Peter Neffenger flew to Brussels on Tuesday to try and warn of the ISIS attacks, but after landing he went to the wrong intelligence office an hour before the tragedy occurred.

Whatdoesitmean.com reports:

According to this very complex report, of which we’re only able to report “selected” parts of, SVR intelligence analysts were first alerted to the movements of Admiral Neffenger when on 21 March he left Washington D.C. traveling to Boston, Massachusetts, aboard an Amtrak commuter train—and where after he arrived, at nearly 7pm (local time), he was then transported by private car to the Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) that is a joint civil and military use airport located 2 kilometers (one nautical mile) west of the central business district of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Upon Admiral Neffenger arriving at PSM, this report states, he then became a “strategic priority” to Federation intelligence analysts when he boarded a Boeing 737-600 that had filed a flight plan for Keflavik International Airport (KIA) located in Reykjavik, Iceland.

To exactly why Admiral Neffenger became a “strategic priority” to the SVR, this report explains, was not due solely to his “unannounced/unscheduled” travel to Iceland, but was, instead, due to the aircraft he was flying on being known as “America’s most secret airline”.

Known only as JANET (that unofficially stands for “Just Another Non Existent Terminal”), this report continues explaining, this airline only serves top-secret US military bases and facilities, including the US Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake which Admiral Neffenger oversaw a part of during his command of all US Coast Guard forces in California from 1999-2003.

Equally important to note about Admiral Neffenger’s “association/affiliation” with the secretive JANET airline, this report says, is his longtime ties to the company operating it known as AECOM, which is a global defense-infrastructure giant operating around the globe—and who Admiral Neffenger became involved with in 2010 after he was named Deputy National Incident Commander for the 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill (the largest and most complex in US history).

While he was investigating the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, this report continues, Admiral Neffenger became associated with AECOM vice president Brent Miyazaki whose 2009 peer reviewed study published by the Geological Society of London predicted this catastrophe, as well as many other such disasters.

Another top AECOM official Admiral Neffenger became acquainted with, SVR analysts in this report state, was John Livingston who is the Chief Executive of AECOM Capital, the investment arm of AECOM—and who, on 20 March, sent a “cryptic/unresolved” personal email to Admiral Neffenger “questioning/explaining” the short selling in the US NASDAQ market of  Sabre Corporation (SABR) stock—reminiscent of the, likewise, stock short selling events just prior to 11 September 2001 (9/11), but which the US government subsequently destroyed all evidence of.

With SABR being the largest provider for air bookings in North America founded by American Airlines in 1960, and whose ticket counters were attacked yesterday in Belgium (though they state they weren’t the target), this report further notes, by the US State Department issuing their travel warning for Europe just hours ago, whomever made these short selling bets on SABR now stand to make millions.

To how much Admiral Neffenger actually knew of this terror plot from the information he received from AECOM’s John Livingston, this report continues, isn’t fully known at this time, other then when his JANET airline flight landed in Reykjavik, it was immediately refueled and filed a flight plan for Zaventem Airport in Brussels—which upon its landing Admiral Neffenger took a “hired fare” (taxi) to the main office of Belgium’s military intelligence bureau Algemene Dienst Inlichting en Veiligheid (ADIV).

“Confusingly/perplexingly” for Admiral Neffenger, SVR analysts in this report speculate, he was turned away from the ADIV and directed, instead, to the federal intelligence agency Staatsveiligheid—but whereupon his arrival there he was “obtained/restricted” by what are believed to be American security agents who then transported him to the US Embassy.

With the Ministry of Defense (MoD) having warned  just a fortnight (two weeks) ago that a “terror spectacular” was being planned in the EU, this report concludes, Admiral Neffenger’s “strange/daring” journey to Brussels (along with other information in this report we are unable to report on) “strongly suggests” he was attempting to avert this tragedy, but which, as of now, seems to have been unsuccessful leaving more questions to be answered than are currently being asked.
