Two Israeli airstrikes on Gaza overnight

Days of Palestine, Gaza Strip -Israeli occupation air forces carried out two F16 strikes, attacking Palestinian farms in Gaza Strip over Saturday night.

The Israeli occupation army spokesperson said that the strikes “attacked terror infrastructure belonging to the terrorist organisation Hamas in the southern Gaza Strip.”

According to the spokesperson, the attacks took place in response to recent days mortar fire used by the Hamas against Israeli forces engaged in operations near the border fence.”

Days of Palestine reported said that the Israeli occupation airstrikes targeted farms along the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip.

On Friday, the reduced Israeli cabinet decided to continue its operations in Gaza, claiming it is searching for tunnels.

Hamas Military Wing Al-Qassam Brigades warned on Thursday the Israeli occupation it would target its military equipment should they remained inside Gaza.

This came after an Israeli artillery shelling killed a 54-year-old Palestinian woman in Khan Younis and wounded her son.
