The Constitution was a compromise between three main faction.
As with all compromises, no side gets all they want and the final form of a compromise is a s#it sandwich.
Some wanted a dictatorship where the “people” were property of the Federal “government”.
With their bunch being the dictators of course.
Under the name of a democracy to make the s#it sandwich palatable to the “great unwashed masses”.
Some were there to try to keep the document from being a complete Marxist document.
Some were there because they figured America could not survive without some power over the people as the people for the most part had no honor, no concept of real freedom.
These saw the constitution as a temporary document until the American folks grew up, learned honor and independent responsibility.
Thomas Jefferson said any and every constitution is a contract which is dead after 19 years as every new generation has the God Given Right to negotiate what form of governance they will live with.
The constitution was null and void in the year 1809.
It was put on life support and kept in use until the closet homosexual atheist marxist habitual liar who was rabidly racist against blacks Lincoln was elected.
The late war of yankee rape, pillage and mass murder of civilians, women, children and old men, was about building a marxist, Communist in today’s English, military dictatorship thinly disguised as a “constitutional republic” where the constitution is window dressing which can be translated one way one day to give the illusion of legality to the USA’s crimes one day, and the complete opposite the next day to give the illusion of legality to the USA’s crimes against humanity the next day.

If the constitution had meant any thing, Lincoln would not have sent terrorist goons to gang rape little children and their pregnant mothers to death.
Gang rape minister’s daughters after burning the churches and parsonages, burn grandpa and Granda to death in their own homes, steal everything to include digging up the dead to rob, shelling whole cities filled with non combatant civilians into rubble, setting fire to whole cities, burning hospitals, convents, seminaries, court houses, farm houses and out houses.
When the “government” of the constitution, violates EVERY God Given Right reaffirmed by said constitution, said constitution is nothing more than words on paper only of value for wiping one’s ass or starting fires.
Let us jump forward about seven generations.
If said constitution meant anything, the “government” of said constitution would not have been allowed to warm over Nazi Firearms laws intended to disarm the German people, translate them into English and pass them as the 1968 Gun control laws intended to disarm the American people.

13 Examples Showing The Constitution No Longer Matters
If there is one point on which there should be no political parsing, no legal jockeying, and no disagreement, it is this: for anyone to advocate terminating or suspending the Constitution is tantamount to a declaration of war against the founding principles of our representative government and the rule of law.
Then again, one could well make the case that the Constitution has already been terminated after years on life support, given the extent to which the safeguards enshrined in the Bill of Rights—adopted 231 years ago as a means of protecting the people against government overreach and abuse—have been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded with the support of Congress, the White House, and the courts.
Consider for yourself.
We are in the grip of martial law. We have what the founders feared most: a “standing” or permanent army on American soil. This de facto standing army is made up of weaponized, militarized domestic police forces which look like, dress like, and act like the military; are armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment; are authorized to make arrests; and are trained in military tactics.
We are in the government’s crosshairs. The U.S. government continues to act as judge, jury and executioner over a populace that have been pre-judged and found guilty, stripped of their rights, and left to suffer at the hands of government agents trained to respond with the utmost degree of violence. Consequently, we are at the mercy of law enforcement officers who have almost absolute discretion to decide who is a threat, what constitutes resistance, and how harshly they can deal with the citizens they were appointed to “serve and protect.” With alarming regularity, unarmed men, women, children and even pets are being gunned down by the government’s standing army of militarized police who shoot first and ask questions later.
