Skeleton in a bed

A human skeleton was found in bed after about 15 years, according to reports.

Police in France said Friday they were trying to identify the skeleton of a man believed to have remained undiscovered in bed for more than 15 years.

 

The body, found in an abandoned house in the northern city of Lille, is thought to be the old man who was the property owner, who lived alone and had no apparent relatives.

 


Police said they had found piles of unopened letters in the home dating back to 1996.
