Poland’s State Commission on Pedophilia recently released its first report, which shows that almost 30% of all sexual offenses against children in Poland involve the Catholic clergy. The Polish Catholic church has been protecting their child-raping priests for years by refusing to work with the government to bring its criminals to justice.
The commission was created by the government in 2019 to address the problem of “pedopilia” in the country and has finally published a 250-page paper. It examines 349 cases of child sexual abuse, and priests are the perpetrators in 100 of the cases. To show how disproportionate the problem of priestly pedophilia is, let’s figure out what percentage of the population are priests. In a country of almost 38,000,000, priests number at about 31,000, making them about 0.08% of the population. When 0.08% of the population is committing almost 30% of the sexual crimes against children, there is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
The report states, “In countries like Australia and the US, the church leaders have long understood that tackling pedophilia and working together with the authorities in this area is a matter of elementary credibility of their institutions,” which is debatable, but the report makes it clear that this is not the case in Poland.

Most of the victims were aged between 11 and 15, but there were also many between 3 and 10. The youngest child to suffer sexual abuse among the cases viewed by the commission was just one year old.
The report emphasized the severe psychological trauma suffered by sexually abused children. It urged the cases against pedophiles to be prioritized by prosecutors and recommended that a special position of ‘child advocate’ be introduced to deal with them.
Just remember this the next time someone like E. Michael Jones, Nick Fuentes, or Milo tries to convince you that the Catholic church is the only thing that can provide salvation to the West.
Poland is a mainly Catholic country, and the church has been plagued by accusations of sexual abuse against minors for year. In 2019, public pressure forced it to release a report saying it had recorded almost 400 cases of priests molesting 625 children since 1990. However, the names of the offenders remained undisclosed. A documentary which came out the same year claimed that the pedophile priests were never punished for their sins, but were only transferred to another parish where they could continue their criminal behavior.
Predatory priests should get the same treatment as a dog that attacks a child. They need to be put down.
