After a weekend of rage amongst Ron Paul supporters over Rand Paul’s endorsement of Mitt Romney, the Ron Paul campaign has issued its first quasi-official response to the controversy in the form of a video blog by Jack Hunter which argues that the endorsement is a political move designed to position the Kentucky Senator for a presidential run in 2016.

  1. Ron Paul has always tried to make a difference through established routes, such as being a reformist while being a Republican. Rand Paul’s recent “endorsement” of Romeny may very well be the product of Ron Paul’s philosophy.

The smart approach for the future of the Paul Revolution would be for Rand Paul not to burn bridges and position himself for future higher office. Providing lip service for Romney’s inevitable nomination is probably a necessary part of such an approach.

Hey, let’s try fix the system from the inside… yeah, that’ll work!

Besides, nobody ever tried that, right…?

    😉

    Ps. “revolution” = masonic vocabulary…

Hey Jack Hunter, should Rand Paul worship Aqua Buddha if it means he can be elected president?

RAND IS DONE FOR, IT’S OVER FOR HIM.

WE PUT HIM THERE, ONLY WE DEFENDED HIM FROM THE REPUBLICAN ATTACKS.

NOW HE WENT AND SHACKED UP WITH THE ENEMY, SHAME ON HIM AND SHAME ON ANYONE WHO EVER VOTES FOR HIS ASS AGAIN.

AS I SAID BEFORE, 2012, VOTE THEM ALL OUT.

NOW THERE’S NO EXCEPTIONS, GET RID OF THEM ALL !

Do you drink the Kool Aid every time? Two Ron Paul runs hasn’t taught you anything?
Rand ” Oh yeah, they shunned my Dad and made him look foolish , laughed at him and treated him as if he didnt exist after 18 years of service, but if I kiss their ass they’ll play Nicey nice with me and I can be Pres-dent in 2016! har har….
Fuck ! Delusional! I bet you and half these other statist nitwits will be signing up for Rand Paul money bombs just to get fleeced like a little sheep, AGAIN.

The questions are: Did Rand Paul sell out or was he some imposter all along?

The question is not whether playing ball with the Republicans is a smart decision.

Some here would be wise to quit with the irrational hysterics.

  2. Tarpley claimed “Paulism” has failed, meaning Ron Paul didn’t just fail by compromising his priciples but the principles themselves failed and always were a conspiracy to begin with.
That argument is the most destructive thing one can perpetuate right now.

It is uncanny how Tarpley can impressively quote historical names and dates one moment and then in the next he just makes up his own definitions of important words and uses these definitions for his arguments. That is the most unscientific thing there is and he’s the guy with several college degrees!

He simply declares libertarianism means “anything goes” when it really means “anything goes as long as you dont’t hurt others and steal their rights”. Shortening or otherwise distorting definitions to such a degree wouldn’t get you past your first week at a university.

If the real definition of liberty principles or libertarianism had been applied, all trade
with tyrannies like the Soviet Union or China would have been flat out illegal!

Because you can’t conspire with tyrants to profit while robbing chinese workers of their basic
freedoms. But Tarpley kept saying libertarianism means “everybody cutting their own throats” or the “British model” of so called free trade which was not free at all. That is nothing
but socialist, statist disinfo, claiming that freedom is social darwinism and moral relativism.

Tarpley denounces British and Russian socialism, marxism-leninism, but promotes an American brand “patriotic” socialism, opposed to the libertarianism “from Austria”. Sure, even good presidents and politicians in American history succumbed to the temptations of trying to run it all, but once you start to fix prices and steal money with taxes from the people and tamper with everything, freedom and prosperity will ultimately get killed. Everything the government has, it took from the people first.

Tarpley really tries to kill “Paulism” , i.e. limited government constitutionalism, with another
faulty argument: People like Rockefeller had financed key Austrian academics, thus
libertarianism is bad and a conspiracy. That’s like saying modern oil refining technology
is evil just because the Rockefellers had financed research! Tarpley can’t construe a basic
sound argument? He acts as if liberty was invented by two Austrian acedemics who were
patted on the head but their research mainly kept from the public?

How many universities teach courses in Austrian economics, Webster? How many? What
do kids learn about Austrian economics in the school system? How many libertarian
statesmen are being promoted by the establishment? Only those who compromise and
pay lip service to their principles.

The oligarchs were happy to have Hayek’s und Mises’ research in their hands and used it to do exactly what the scientists wanted NOT implemented. Americanism is freedom, not socialism. People are free to voluntarily join socialist projects but nobody can force you to join!
I am shocked by the sneaky, faulty and dangerous reasoning from Webster.

RON PAUL ATTACHED HIMSELF TO THE PATRIOT MOVEMENT, WE DIDNT COURT HIM.

WE ARE THE POWER, HE’S JUST A FIGURE HEAD, A MEANINGLESS ONE NOW.

I’ve heard Alex many times talk at length on how TPTB have ways to sabotage anyone. In some very nasty ways. Your anger maybe should be directed at TPTB. Rather than the Pauls. Kapeash?

YOU NEED TO GET A CLUE.

  3. You expect guys like Obama and Romney to sell you out but the Pauls that kind of hurts.
Wheres William Wallace when you need em.

I TOOK A BULLET IN MY BACK, TURNED DOWN BRIBES, DECLINED A CUSHY OFFICERS POSITION ON ANOTHER FIRE DEPT IN ANOTHER CITY, MY HOME WAS RAIDED 2 TIMES AND LOTS MORE..

IF I DIDNT BUST THEM. ( CROOKED COPS IN OHIO )

I DECLINED, RESIGNED AND TOOK THE BULLET LIKE A MAN, AND THAT WAS JUST FOR MY SMALL CITY, LET ALONE MY COUNTRY.

RON AND RAND PAUL, YOU SUCK !

  4. This has been bothering me…. The only reason that the Pauls would say a run in 2016 is that they believe that Obummer is going to win… My position on that is who cares? One is as bad as the other… Good luck the turmoil is here….. Biker

  5. This is so stupid. How dumb do you think people are ?

If Romney wins in 2012, ROMNEY WILL BE RUNNING IN 2016, not Rand Paul.

    This “excuse” makes zero sense.

it’s all bullshit…… Mormon-Boy needs the paul supporters to beat O-bummer. VOTE LIBERTARIAN!

  6. I disagree, its an orchestrated sellout.

    4 years ago:
“thanks for the moneybombs 911 wasnt an inside job I’m off to write a book seeya!”

this time he puts rand up to the final sabotage after not saying squat about blatant vote fraud,
so how many millions have they friggin run away with now?

“oh we dont have money to keep campaigning lets go after delegates”
-as the delegates get crapped on, excluded, and unbacked…

recent interview asking a woman inside,
“was he NOT in it to win it?” huge hesitations!
“was it about scamming supporters hopes?” more huge hesitations..

hell no I’m not buyin it, its a near exact repeat of 4 years ago.
the pauls aint anything BUT “controlled opposition”,
police LOVE ticketing Ron Paul bumperstickers,
I CRINGE when he says he “respects his colleagues”,
if he were the real deal, wouldnt he have made some arrests by now?

Many different possible scenarios. Could they know the election is rigged (Soros/SCYTL) and Obama is going to win in 2012 leaving 2016 wide open ?

I still say if Rand does not get the 2012 VP nomination, his carreer is done. He stabbed his supporters in the back. No way he wins re-election to the Senate.

  7. “the pauls aint anything BUT “controlled opposition”

Sadly you’re right. Rand is the guy to continue the illusion of a smaller Government choice.

  8. Ironic Jesse would get messed with right before he was on cnn…

  9. First of all lets be VERY CLEAR ABOUT THE FACTS.
Rand Paul is a distinct individual, does not always agree 100% with his father and has freedom to do whatever he wants and knows the consequences. I don’t like or agree what he has done, and I account it as treason.
Now, Ron Paul HAS NOT AS YET MADE ANY COMMENT regarding his son endorsing Romney, so we don’t know what his attitude is yet. He has asked his supporters to GO TO TAMPA AND BE RESPECTFUL,…..that’s it ! Has Ron Paul ever said anything else? He has never advocated disrespect, violence, breaking the rules etc. He did not say bow down to the RNC bullies ! He did not say hold your tongue or “git back in the the wagon”. So why are people now branding him as a traitor ? 40 years of fighting the establishment, with an immaculate voting record and now people want to crucify him for not coming out and criticizing his own son ? GIVE THE MAN A BREAK FOR CRYING OUT LOUD ! Let’s wait for him to explain before branding him a traitor. He deserves that and so much more. If I know Ron Paul he himself will not endorse Romney or cut any deals with him either.
So be respectful, and that does not mean SHUT UP. Let you be respectful to Ron Paul first and wait to hear what the man says and stop the media frenzied speculation which is trying to break apart the Liberty movement anyway. Stay strong and BELIEVE IN RON PAUL AS YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE. There is no evidence whatsoever that threats have been made to Dr. Paul or his family, and Mike Adams is not a qualified psychiatrist or psychoanalyst to start giving us his amateur opinions on voice tone etc. Pure speculation and does not help anyone.

  10. i would love to see him get in and then pull a b satoro on em .do the opposite and bring down the curtain of greed and corruption in our useless government

  11. Every time you think that you cannot possibly get any more cynical, Randy and Ronny come along and take you even further down. Screw them and their whole wanna be oligarchic family. Once you sell out to ego and money, you have lost your soul.

  12. a rand paul presidential bid is the long-term agenda. short-term, romney must have the ron paul supporters to beat O-bummer. the ron paul campaign has morphed into a freak-show. FUCK THEM! looks like four more years of endless wars, BIG-GOV and affirmative action, folks…..

Your Choice: Turd Sandwich or Giant Douche(SouthPak reference)

  13. Please take Ron Paul’s face off your website.

  14. I wouldn’t buy a mop bucket at a yard sale that the Paul family would have. System is FUBAR…futile endeavor to repair.

  15. Anyone else think that the threat machine might have been used here to get an endorsement?

If someone threatened my family that was in a possition to carry it out with ease, I’d do anything to protect them.

Which begs the question, how does Alex Jones get a bye in the threat catagory after 15 years of rants? Just asking…

  16. Thank you.

  17. I have a different take on the Rand Paul endorsement of Romney. He had to have had it cleared with his dad first.

Furthermore, why split the GOP apart when you can usurp it and take it over, like the Communists did with the Democrats.

Rand is setting himself up as VP, and that can lead the way for the Ron Paul Revolution to take the GOP away from a weak, no-convictions-of-his-own Mitt Romney.

  18. I always assumed Ron Paul never said anything about 9/11 because he was trying to beat the system from the inside. The way they jewrked him around in the debates, would have if it had been me fighting. His colleges [fellow congressmen] are a bunch of traitors for god sakes. He does have the best voting record and get’s credit for that but there is just too much about him that he should now explain.

  19. Sanctions are an act of war. It is a fact that the US declared war on Japan way before it attacked Pearl Harbor through sanctions but revisionist history seems to keep that fact from being taught to most in our country. FDR backed Japan against the wall with the sanctions and it is only expected that a nation dealing with such actions is going to strike back. Which on that note, another thing revisionist history seems to keep from Americans is the fact, and it has been documented as such, that FDR knew about the Japanese’s plans to attack Pearl Harbor.

It is a matter of record that US Naval Intelligence had not only cracked the diplomatic codes of Japan, it had also cracked the military codes of it as well. It is also a matter of record that FDR was made aware that the Japanese were planning an attack on Pearl Harbor along with the time table for it. He allowed it to happen because he wanted to bring the US into the Second World War and needed a reason for Americans to rally around it.

On the same note of being backed into a corner, FDR was as well. High ranking members of the US Military were in bed with the Nazis and planning a coup of government in this country. The general they were banking on joining them and ruling the military dictatorship did not and ratted them out. FDR needed a means to keep control and joining the war was the only way in his eyes that he could. Ironically these same high ranking members of the military remained in their positions and never were prosecuted for treason. They followed the direction of the wind blowing and all of a sudden were running military operations for the US during the Second World War.

This is history that needs to be taught to Americans because it is a matter of fact that it truly does repeat itself.
