Anonymous Latest Hack Legitimizes Need For Big Brother Control Over Internet

The nameless, faceless hacker group called Anonymous claims to have hacked into the Department of Justice (DoJ) and will release the data they apparently syphoned, to a chosen media outlet.

Anonymous is being accredited with posting a message demanding that the US government reform the federal justice system or else.

Richard McFeely, executive assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal, Cyber, Response and Services (CCRS) branch, explained: “We are always concerned when someone illegally accesses another person (‘s) or government agency’s network.” The FBI is treating this threat as a criminal investigation.

Anonymous hackers assert that they have collected digital infrastructure on “fissile material for multiple warheads”, threatening US Supreme Court Justices and maintaining that the FBI was allowed to “infiltrate” their ranks.

The justification for this attack on the US government is the suicide death of Aaron Swartz, a hacker associated with Anonymous and founder of Reddit.

Swartz , according to Anonymous, was “killed” because of the “impossible choice” he was presented by federal authorities with federal computer fraud charges and a sentencing of 35 years in prison.

Anonymous said: “Two weeks ago today, a line was crossed. Two weeks ago today, Aaron Swartz was killed. Killed because he faced an impossible choice. Killed because he was forced into playing a game he could not win – a twisted and distorted perversion of justice – a game where the only winning move was not to play.”

Swartz had contributed to the creation of the RSS feed script when he was a young teenager. Later in life he became a known internet activist who had hacked into pay sites JSTOR and PACER and syphoning documents from other sites to prove his point.

The family of Swartz confirmed that his suicide was the result of the harsh potentials of his sentencing as well as the fact that he had hacked into a college institution, known to have ties to the Department of Defense (DoD) website and removed an estimated millions of documents – mostly college white papers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Over the weekend, the US Sentencing Commission (USSC) website was offline as Anonymous stated that “the erosion of due process, the dilution of constitutional rights, the usurpation of the rightful authority of courts by the ‘discretion’ of prosecutors. We have seen how the law is wielded less and less to uphold justice, and more and more to exercise control, authority and power in the interests of oppression or personal gain.”

Anonymous said that the chose to attack the USSC “due to the symbolic nature of its purpose — the federal sentencing guidelines which enable prosecutors to cheat citizens of their constitutionally guaranteed right to a fair trial, by a jury of their peers — the federal sentencing guidelines which are in clear violation of the Eighth Amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishment. This website was also chosen due to the nature of its visitors.”

Anonymous explained in their YouTube address that “after much heavy-hearted discussion, the decision was upheld to engage the United States Department of Justice and its associated executive branches in a game of a similar nature, a game in which the only winning move is not to play.”

The hacker group went on to say: “Through this websites and various others that will remain unnamed, we have been conducting our own infiltration. We did not restrict ourselves like the FBI to one high-profile compromise. We are far more ambitious, and far more capable. Over the last two weeks we have wound down this operation, removed all traces of leakware from the compromised systems, and taken down the injection apparatus used to detect and exploit vulnerable machines. We have enough fissile material for multiple warheads. Today we are launching the first of these. Operation Last Resort has begun…”

Anonymous, operating in the shadows, comments on the “shadow government” that works against the average American to gain control over them with the intention to enslave. Yet, the nameless, faceless hacker group conducts its operations the same way (being in the shadows); and while they claim to want to protect the integrity of the free flow of information on the Web, their actions cause more and more necessity for Big Brother controls and justify the federal government’s desire to either shut down the internet or install strict Chinese-style monitoring controls.

Anonymous maintains to their fans that they must destroy the internet’s freedoms to teach the US government as lesson. Operating in the shadows, as the Technocrats and global Elite do, Anonymous is contributing to the destruction of the internet with the actions that benefit the US government’s desire to take it all down.

Perfectly timed, Anonymous has hacked into the FBI and CIA websites. The result is always the call for more controls from the White House.

In September of 2012, Anonymous attacked GoDaddy which resulted in the financial disruption of small internet businesses. According to AnonymousOwn3r: “I’m taking godaddy down [because] well i’d like to test how the cyber security is safe and for more reasons that i can not talk now.”

Joining with WikiLeaks, Anonymous used Flame in order to obtain what came to be known as the “Syrian Files” that were used to embarrass the Syrian government to expose “their interests, actions and thoughts.”

Flame, the cousin of Stuxnet, was designed and used by the US and Israeli government against Iran and other designated enemies to conduct cyber-warfare against the nation’s infrastructure. Anonymous’ use of the government-sponsored virus is curious. Considering that their leak benefitted the US government against Assad, it appears that Anonymous was hacking for the gain of their alleged enemy.

The National Security Agency (NSA) has been actively recruiting “new hacking talent to protect the nation’s critical infrastructure”, which compliments the NSA’s surveillance programs that record and store data on American’s digital activity.

The NSA has a comprehensive program to search out our schools into scouting grounds for a team of American grown hacker community. The Obama administration has made it a concern of theirs that the future of cybersecurity rest with the college graduates of tomorrow. The NSA is focusing on colleges and universities within the US. Four schools have already been singled out as official Centers of Academic Excellence in Cyber Operations (CAE-COP).

The CAE-COP focuses on recruiting persons with “particular emphasis on technologies and techniques related to specialized cyber operations (e.g., collection, exploitation, and response), to enhance the national security posture of our Nation.”

These “cyber operators” are trained to become an elite team of “computer geniuses” that are experts in computer hacking, digital communications, cyber intelligence – for the purpose of spying on Americans; as well as conducting interactive digital psy-ops with users of the internet.

Anonymous was “infiltrated” as members of LuzSec worked with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to create a false flag that would justify the Obama adminstration’s construction of a cybersecurity action that would only lead to the restriction of internet freedom.

LuzSec morphed into other factions called LuzSec Reborn, MalSec and SpexSec. It is common for Anonymous to break apart and come back together under different names with motives that appear to be for the benefit of the masses, yet will only result in the complete censorship of the internet.

Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in a blog entry last year, entitled “Inspiring the Next Generation of Cyber Professionals”, would like future generations to learn about cybersecurity so that their contribution to the federal government is secure to “ensure their professional development.” The collaboration of the DHS and the NSA will support “the nation’s educational infrastructure by supporting Centers of Academic Excellence” to make sure that the “scope of cyber education” becomes an important function for those in the field as inspired by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE).

NICE is meant to “establish an operational, sustainable and continually improving cybersecurity education program for the nation to use sound cyber practices that will enhance the nation’s security.” The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) oversee NICE by providing information and leverage to encourage the development of citizens to become “responsible” when using the Internet.
