The Sheriff is referring to the missing microfiche that would clear the President’s name in what has become a national debate surrounding the authenticity of his own birth certificate.
The President is currently dragging behind him a sizeable cache of potentially crippling scandals, of which questionable identity documents are the most significant. Now the Arizona Sheriff’s Office’s initial investigation into this issue has progressed from an inquiry, into a fully-fledged, ongoing law enforcement investigation.
“What we are looking at is two possible forged government documents”, explains Arpaio. ”If it was you or anybody else, everyone would say, ‘How come you’re not arresting this guy and how come you’re not doing anything?’ Just because it’s the President nobody wants to touch it?”
Thus far, neither Republicans nor Democrats have been willing to face this thorny issue, which guarantees that it will continue to fester under the surface right through to November. Arpaio adds here, “What is this? A political year that everybody’s afraid to talk about it… where they don’t want to face this issue? That’s sad”.

On May 9, 2008, the Associated Press reported that Sharpton and his businesses owed almost $1.5 million in unpaid taxes and penalties. Sharpton owed $931,000 in federal income tax and $366,000 to New York, and his for-profit company, Rev. Al Communications, owed another $176,000 to the state.[9]
On June 19, 2008, the New York Post reported that the Internal Revenue Service had sent subpoenas to several corporations that had donated to Sharpton’s National Action Network. In 2007 New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo began investigating the National Action Network, because it failed to make proper financial reports, as required for non-profits.[86] According to the Post, several major corporations, including Anheuser-Busch and Colgate-Palmolive, have donated thousands of dollars to the National Action Network. The Post asserted that the donations were made to prevent boycotts or rallies by the National Action Network.[87]
Sharpton countered the investigative actions with a charge that they reflected a political agenda by United States agencies.[88]
On September 29, 2010, Robert Snell of the Detroit News reported that the Internal Revenue Service had filed a notice of federal tax lien against Sharpton in New York City in the amount of over $538,000.[89] Sharpton’s lawyer asserts that the notice of federal tax lien relates to Sharpton’s year 2009 federal income tax return, the due date of which has been extended to October 15, 2010, according to the lawyer. However, the Snell report states that the lien relates to taxes assessed during 2009.[90]

Sharpton has run unsuccessfully for elected office on multiple occasions. Of his unsuccessful runs, he said that winning office may not have been his goal. “Much of the media criticism of me assumes their goals and they impose them on me,” said Sharpton in an interview. “Well, those might not be my goals. On March 15, 2004, Sharpton announced his endorsement of leading Democratic candidate John Kerry.
On December 15, 2005, Sharpton agreed to repay $100,000 in public funds he received from the federal government for his 2004 Presidential campaign. The repayment was required because Sharpton had exceeded federal limits on personal expenditures for his campaign. At that time his most recent Federal Election Commission filings (from January 1, 2005) stated that Sharpton’s campaign still had debts of $479,050 and owed Sharpton himself $145,146 for an item listed as “Fundraising Letter Preparation — Kinko’s.”[92]
In 2009 the Federal Election Commission announced it had levied a fine of $285,000 against Sharpton’s 2004 presidential campaign for breaking campaign finance rules during his presidential campaign.[93][94]
On April 2, 2007, Sharpton announced that he would not enter the 2008 presidential race. “I am not going to run,” he said.[18]

These issues are inseparable. The hopelessness of, as you said, “you people” is probably based on their inability to get a little justice through the quagmire which is the utterly preposterous alien system now in place.
If the dude isn’t eligible for the position in the first instance (because he won’t prove it, and yet, he appears to be in the position), what system of law is going to disqualify him on grounds that he is undermining the constitution? If the first won’t work, how can the second, or third?
Since there is strong indications he is a foreign national, and some say from Kenya, it is only natural to focus on that as a starting point. The race issue should be reserved for those that like to compete.
The “birther nonsense” you refer to, is the only reasonable first step in the process, that being: how did the guy get in there in the first place without the proper qualifications? One must start at the beginning by asking: who is this guy and where is he from? If he is from America, that should easy to demonstrate and not be an issue. Not the case here, though.

Six juveniles — the youngest 11, and the oldest 17 — nearly boxed in Dallas Watts, a 78-year-old man from East Toledo.
Mr. Watts was on his way home from the nearby Gas Express Mart at Starr Avenue and White Street about 4:45 p.m. Saturday when the boys approached him.
One pointed at Mr. Watts and said, “take him down,” the victim recounted in an interview Monday.
Mr. Watts, carrying home two small bags of pork rinds to dole out as treats to his three dachshunds, looked at the youth and said, “Why you picking on me?” Mr. Watts recalled. “Remember Trayvon. Why you picking on me?”
The boy, again, allegedly told his friends to “take him down.”
Toledo police charged two children — the 11-year-old and a 17-year-old — with robbery, Sgt. Roy Kennedy said.
The boys on Monday were ordered held in detention at the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Center, prosecutor Lori Olender said.
The 17-year-old also faces a felonious assault charge from an unrelated shooting, Ms. Olender said. The teen allegedly shot Mark Bolling, 24, in the 600 block of Leonard Street in East Toledo on March 18.
Mr. Watts said one of the boys delivered a single blow to the back of his head during the incident Saturday, knocking the victim to the ground.
At one point, the victim recalled being lifted from the ground so one of the boys could “drop-kick” him in the chest.
One boy, he said, put his foot on the back of the victim’s neck, with another shouting, “Kill him.”
While Mr. Watts was down the boys kicked him, over and over, shouting, “[Get] that white [man]. This is for Trayvon … Trayvon lives, white [man]. Kill that white [man],” according to a police report.
The boys fled when a man shouted at them, according to the report.
Mr. Watts said it’s possible the assault was retribution for the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was fatally shot by George Zimmerman, a Neighborhood Watch captain in Sanford, Fla., on Feb. 26. Mr. Zimmerman has said he fired in self-defense and has not been charged with any crime.
For investigators, it’s unclear whether the assault was motivated by an attempt to avenge the Martin youth’s death or whether Mr. Watts’ “Remember Trayvon” message was misinterpreted as threatening or racist.
“It’s still up in the air who started the verbal confrontation,” Sergeant Kennedy said, adding that stories given by the suspect and the victim conflict and the investigation is ongoing.
When asked about the Trayvon remarks, Mr. Watts said, “All I meant by saying ‘remember Trayvon’ is to remember what happened to him, don’t duplicate it here,” suggesting that he was minding his own business as he walked home.
“The only reason I mentioned Trayvon, that was my defense,” Mr. Watts said. “Don’t pick on me. I am not your enemy.”
The assault occurred only a few hours after a peaceful rally, near the Thurgood Marshall Building, 420 E. Manhattan Blvd., to show support for the Martin family.
At his home Monday, Mr. Watts said he has never allowed weapons inside and that when his four children were growing up, they were not allowed to play “cops and robbers, to kill the Indians.”
During the Vietnam War, Mr. Watts, who served in the military from 1950 to 1961, refused to let his boys play GI Joes.
There would be no more killing, he said.
But now, Mr. Watts says he plans to buy a gun and obtain a permit to carry it.
“What happened to me … down here on the corner, that changed my perspective on humanity,” Mr. Watts said.

Sorry, but I have to add a critique of the Infowars News Channel introduction to this piece… the particular style, graphics, titles, and voiceover comes off a little to much like “A Current Affair”. It should be introduced certainly in a modern journalistic production fashion, but not so sensationalistic. It tends to discredit the information and the overall content, which is excellent and very important. Infowars already has to contend with the stigma of “conspiracy theory”, and that should not be enhanced by anything that smacks of sensationalism.

Arpaio’s “opinion’ in this matter is of little consequence. He is not the sheriff in my county and may or may not have a birth certificate – proof that he can hold an office of public trust. The president is a different matter: must show me his proof, same as you or I when doing something as mundane as getting a driver license.
Until I see some proof – some real evidence – he’s as fake as a forty dollar bill, whether I want it or not.

The gameplan calls for establishing the false impression that there exists an antagonistic relationship between the collaborators, then criticism of the collaboration is deflected as unwarranted criticism after their objective is achieved.
