We are told time and again how racist and sexist America is, and how minorities have such a hard time trying to get ahead, but is that really the case? Most companies simply look for the most talented people to fill roles, but are also incentivized (and required) to hire non-Whites as part of affirmative action. This amounts to explicit racism against White people, who are denied job opportunities due solely to their race, even if they are the most qualified applicant for a job. With this anti-White system in place, any group that still finds itself under-performing should be looking to average IQs and behavioral issues for the reason, rather than systemic White racism.
One group in America that is finding an incredible level of success is the Asian minority, which is the fastest growing demographic in the US. Due to a high average IQ and strong work ethic, they are now dominating when it comes to income.
The household median income for Asian Americans increased by 4.6% from 2017 to $87,194 in 2018, 38% greater than the national median income of $63,179. (NCRC)
Just last month the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that now Asian women are earning more than White men, who are seen as the epitome of privilege.
The statistics show that Asian women in the US have been earning $1,224 per week on average, compared to $1,122 for White men.
California lawyer Harmeet Dhillon is worried that these statistics coming out will somehow lead to the “marginalization” of Asian women, which just means that they would no longer benefit as much from affirmative action and diversity quotas.
This is not the good news you think it is, folks. This data will be used to marginalize Asian women at companies that increasingly reserve certain jobs/promotions for “URM”s, “under-represented minorities.” This phenomenon already has downgraded the workplace status of Asian men. https://t.co/2z42MAcWOC

Because Asians have been performing so well in school and the workplace, they might soon find that they are no longer welcome in the “people of color” category, as it hurts the narrative of oppression. Recently a school district in Washington decided to separate Whites and Asians into one group and everyone else into another, in order to show how poorly the “underprivileged” POCs are performing.
If a racial group outperforms poor, oppressed Blacks and Mestizos, then obviously it is because of this magical “privilege” we are hearing all about!
If they broke out Asians from white students, it would probably necessitate creating endless conversations about Asian privilege or some such thing, it seems like this is the only move they could make to avoid changing the narrative.

Some Asians have found it funny that they are now being grouped in with White people.
It is incredibly dystopian to put programs in place to ensure certain racial groups are not “left behind.” Our present day reality represents the world of “Harrison Bergeron” more and more every day, with high achieving Whites being handicapped to create “equity” with the lowest common denominator. However, there can be no real equity (being fair and impartial) while the genocidal policy of discriminating against White students and workers is still in place.
