Australia’s PNG solution for refugees has now been signed, sealed, and the government says it is being delivered. The immigration minister says there are now widespread reports from Indonesia that asylum seekers are asking people smugglers for their money back. But the opposition is accusing the prime minister of misleading the Australian people. It says the paperwork for the PNG solution offers no guarantee that the plan to resettle refugees will be followed through.
