Joe Biden on Tuesday used his bully pulpit to deliver a nakedly political stump speech blaming gun rights and Republicans for the mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Biden insisted the shooting could have been prevented if everyone had just listened to him and banned “assault weapons.”
