A chart frequently posted to purportedly illustrate that the “unvaccinated” die at higher rates from COVID as the “vaccinated,” is based on an assumption which categorizes many deaths which occur post-COVID-vaccination as “unvaccinated.”
Even though “early warning” signals data from the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) show that 80% of sudden, unexpected deaths after COVID shots take place within 14 days, a person is not counted as “vaccinated” until 14 days or more have passed after the second shot in a two-shot “primary” series, or after the single shot in a one-shot drug.
The CDC website states:
“Persons were considered fully vaccinated ≥14 days after receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines) or after 1 dose of the single-dose Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine.”
All other people are counted as “unvaccinated.”

CDC Chart Flies in the Face of Emerging Data
According to a steady stream of studies and reports, serious COVID, up to and including death, is at least as prevalent among the vaccinated as the unvaccinated. In February of 2022, Professor Jacob Giris, director of Ichilov Hospital’s coronavirus ward in Israel, said:
“Right now, most of our severe cases are vaccinated…They had at least three injections. Between seventy and eighty percent of the serious cases are vaccinated. So, the vaccine has no significance regarding severe illness…”
In August of 2022 KUSI News San Diego reported that in San Diego County, the fifth most populous in the US, 41% of recent COVID-19 deaths are among fully vaccinated and boosted individuals, indicating that the vaccines do not protect against death.
This is in contrast to a nonstop campaign by public officials, including Joe Biden, to assure the American public that the still-experimental agents would prevent COVID infection and death (collection of news clips in video below.)

Both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine candidates are still in investigational Phase III adult clinical trials, with longer-term effects completely unknown, Moderna’s Phase III trials are scheduled to be complete in December 2022, and Pfizer’s in February 2024.
Initial animal safety trials are normally one to three years, especially for a new technology, before a new drug enters a human. The average total time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general use is 10 years.

“Florida’s Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo warned on Friday against young men [age 18 – 39] receiving COVID-19 vaccines, citing an analysis by the state health department that said they pose “high risk” of death.”
The Vault Project reports:
“Florida’s Department of Health conducted an analysis through a self-controlled case series, a technique originally developed to evaluate vaccine safety, to study the mortality risk following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.
The analysis found an 84% increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination with Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines.”

- A New declaration has been issued by thousands of doctors and scientists entitled “International medical crisis due to the diseases and deaths co-related to the administration of products known as “COVID-19 vaccines.” The new website is MedicalCrisisDeclaration.com. All signatures to the declaration are public and confirmed, and now number over 22,000 doctors and scientists, other health professionals, and other professionals.
“DECLARATION OF INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CRISIS DUE TO THE DISEASES AND DEATHS CO-RELATED TO THE “COVID-19 VACCINES”
We, the medical doctors and scientists from all over the world, declare that there is an international medical crisis due to the diseases and deaths co-related to the administration of products known as “COVID-19 vaccines”.
We are currently witnessing an excess in mortality in those countries where the majority of the population has received the so called “COVID-19 vaccines”. To date, this excess mortality has neither been sufficiently investigated nor studied by national and international health institutions.
The large number of sudden deaths in previously healthy young people who were inoculated with these “vaccines”, is particularly worrying, as is the high incidence of miscarriages and perinatal deaths which have not been investigated.
A large number of adverse side effects, including hospitalisations, permanent disabilities and deaths related to the so-called “COVID-19 vaccines”, have been reported officially.
The registered number has no precedent in world vaccination history.
Examining the reports on CDC’s VAERS, the UK’s Yellow Card System, the Australian Adverse Event Monitoring System, Europe’s EudraVigilance System and the WHO’s VigiAccess Database, to date there have been more than 11 million reports of adverse effects and more than 70,000 deaths co-related to the inoculation of the products known as “covid vaccines”.
We know that these numbers just about represent between 1% and 10% of all real events.

COVID Vaccinated Continue to Report Bizarre, Horrific Debilitations a Year Later

Therefore, we consider that we are facing a serious international medical crisis, which must be accepted and treated as critical by all states, health institutions and medical personnel worldwide.
Therefore, the following measures must be undertaken on an urgent basis:
- A worldwide ‘stop’ to the national inoculation campaigns with the products known as “COVID-19 vaccines”.
- Investigation of all sudden deaths of people who were healthy previous to the inoculation.
- Implementation of early detection programmes of cardiovascular events which could lead to sudden deaths with analysis such as D-dimer and Troponin, in all those that were inoculated with the products known as “COVID-19 vaccines”, as well as the early detection of serious tumours.
- Implementation of research and treatment programmes for victims of adverse effects after receiving the so called “COVID-19 vaccine”.
- Undertaking analyses of the composition of vials of Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Janssen, Sinovac, Sputnik V and any other product known as “COVID-19 vaccines”, by independent research groups with no affiliation to pharmaceutical companies, nor any conflict of interest.
- Studies to be conducted on the interactions between the different components of the so called “COVID-19 vaccines” and their molecular, cellular and biological effects.
- Implemention of psychological help and compensation programmes for any person that has developed a disease or disability as a consequence of the so called “COVID-19 vaccines”.
- Implemention and promotion of psychological help and compensation programmes for the family members of any person who died as a result of having been inoculated with the product known as “Covid-19 vaccines”.
Consequently we declare that we find ourselves in an unprecedented international medical crisis in the history of medicine, due to the large number of diseases and deaths associated with the “vaccines against Covid-19”. Therefore, we demand that the regulatory agencies that oversee drug safety as well as the health institutions in all countries, together with the international institutions such as the WHO, PHO, EMA, FDA, UK-MHRA and NIH respond to this declaration and act in accordance with the eight measures demanded in this manifesto.

In June 2021 Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo, MD, PhD, UCLA Geffen School of Medicine, and Professor Harvey A. Risch, MD, PhD, Yale School of Public Health, wrote in the Wall Street Journal on “adverse events” which accompany the shots:
“Four serious adverse events follow this arc, according to data taken directly from Vaers: low platelets (thrombocytopenia); noninfectious myocarditis, or heart inflammation, especially for those under 30; deep-vein thrombosis; and death.”
In October of 2021, the peer-reviewed science journal Toxicology Reports published a study which estimated deaths directly caused by the vaccines “could be in the hundreds of thousands for the USA,” and stressed that long-term effects are as yet unknown. The publisher was forced to retract the study due to, in the words of the authors, “blatant censorship,” but the authors stand by their conclusions.
One of the doctors who is signatory to the Medical Crisis Declaration, Dr. Peter McCullough, has noted that the novel mRNA COVID vaccines long ago met the Bradford Hill Criteria, the scientific principles upon which it is decided if a drug or vaccine candidate must be withdrawn.
Dr. McCullough writes:
“From a regulatory perspective, any death that occurs after an investigational product within 30 days is attributed to the article under investigation.”
Both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine candidates are still in investigational Phase III adult clinical trials. Moderna’s is scheduled to be complete in December 2022, and Pfizer’s in February 2024.

The FDA has refused a Freedom of Information Act request from a news organization, using a spurious excuse, according to an FDA advisor, that the reports would violate the medical privacy of the subjects.
Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who advises the FDA as part of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, said that the reports could be easily be released with personal information blacked out.
The Epoch Times reported on September 29, 2022:
“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to release the results of autopsies conducted on people who died after getting COVID-19 vaccines.
The FDA says it is barred from releasing medical files, but a drug safety advocate says that it could release the autopsies with personal information redacted.
The refusal was issued to The Epoch Times, which submitted a Freedom of Information Act for all autopsy reports obtained by the FDA concerning any deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System following COVID-19 vaccination.“
Kim Witczak told the Times via email:
“The personal information could easily be redacted without losing the potential learnings from [the] autopsy….Autopsies can be an important part of postmortem analysis and should be done especially with increased deaths following COVID-19 vaccination,”
The FDA refusal takes place after a number of pathologists in different countries have concluded firmly that the COVID vaccines, which are still in phase III adult clinical trials, are the direct cause of many of the unexpected deaths being reported post-vaccination, to databases such as the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS,) which was set up as an “early warning system that monitors the safety of vaccines after they are authorized or licensed for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).“
The VAERS “early warning system,” the CDC’s words, was set up to indicate when the distribution of a drug must be terminated so that it can be studied further for safety issues.
To date the CDC’s VAERS has registered an unprecedented number of safety signals, including over 7,000% more deaths for the COVID vaccines than for all other vaccines combined, per year. For nearly 30 years since the system’s inception, about 200 deaths per year have been reported to VAERS for all vaccines combined. For COVID vaccines alone, over 30,000 deaths have been reported in just under two years.

The COVID vaccines are unprecedented for bypassing the normal one to three years of animal safety trials in vaccine and drug development which are typical before a new drug ever enters a human, in human clinical trials. The average time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general use is 10 years.
Phase III adult clinical trials for both the Pfizer and Moderna injections are still ongoing. Moderna’s data is scheduled to be complete in December 2022, and Pfizer’s in February 2024. As such, both drugs are still in experimental stages. FDA authorization of a novel drug before clinical trials are complete is unprecedented.

The current commissioner of the FDA is Robert Califf, first nominated and confirmed under Obama in 2015, then again in 2021 under Biden. Califf’s ties to the pharmaceuticals industry caused Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders to vote against his 2021 renomination.
According to The Hill, Califf owns millions of dollars of stock in drug companies. High FDA officials are also allowed to owns parts of patents on the very drugs they are charged with regulating, and can keep up to $150,000 per year in royalties, for life.
The Epoch Times reported on September 22, 2021, on the first pathology conference at the Pathological institute in Reutlingen (click on Google translate from German to English):
“The doctors suspect autoimmune phenomena, reduction in immune capacity, acceleration of cancer growth, vascular damage “endothelitis”, vasculitis, perivasculitis and erythrocyte “clumping” as further corona vaccination side effects with potential fatal consequences…Burkhardt described it as “extreme” that among the ten deceased examined, three very rare autoimmune diseases were found, namely Sjögren’s syndrome, leukoclasic vasculitis of the skin and Hashimoto’s disease.”
Dr. Arne Burkhardt has taught at the Universities of Hamburg, Berne and Tübingen, and has published more than 150 scientific articles in German and international scientific journals. Burkhardt has audited and certified institutes of pathology in Germany.
For perspective, the issue of pharmaceuticals companies and the FDA hiding data is a sore spot with some people like former Blackrock investment guru Ed Dowd, who says that the moment data is hidden the worst must be assumed by the responsible investment manager exercising “due diligence” (video below.)
The FDA receives 45% of its budget from the pharmaceuticals companies it regulates.
