When’s the last time you heard about a White man doing something like this?
Milwaukee police on Thursday announced an arrest in the killing of a mother and her daughter, found dead last weekend in a house fire that investigators suspect was set intentionally.
The suspect, identified only as a 31-year-old Milwaukee man, was arrested in Arkansas earlier this week, police said in a news release. They didn’t elaborate other than to say that prosecutors are reviewing the case.
On Monday, Milwaukee police identified 4-year-old Madyson Marie Marshel and Jessica Marie Ellenberger, 28, as the daughter and mother found dead in the fire set Saturday at their home in the 100 block of N. 68th St.
Milwaukee police have not disclosed how Mady and her mother died.
