Country Star Luke Bryan Delivers This ‘Unpopular’ Message About The Christmas Season

Most pop culture stars are pretty liberal unfortunately so it’s always a pleasure to see a star say things that would typically make liberals head’s spin. One such man is Country music star Luke Bryan, whose full name is Thomas Luther Bryan.

Luke was recently asked during a recent interview with Rare Country, to take a moment to reflect on this past year and to share what Christmas really means to him and his family.

Of course, Luke shared that like most boys this year, they want Hover Boards and things to shoot, but really– Luke and his wife Caroline are doing their best to make sure the kids remember the real reason for the season.

“We talk about the real reason for the holidays…heck, Jesus!” Luke said.

“We try to stress, every day, stress to them, the importance of Jesus and Christianity and being a good person and believing in higher powers,” he said. “I think during Christmas time, with kids, they get wrapped up in Santa Claus and stuff, so I think it’s fun that you sit back and really try to have a talk with them about the real reason.”

Bryan has supported the NRA, sings about God and seems like a Conservative for the most part. He is a patriot that loves America and isn’t afraid to let his liberal peers know. I like that in a man. His message is important. So many of us get so wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of Christmas that we lose our focus on the true meaning of this special day.

Luke Bryan’s “Kill the Lights” tour is set to begin just after the new year.
