Thanks to a Guardian report, we’re found out about some really really upsetting and troubling thing. Had it not been for this report, we wouldn’t have known about it so basically the report is saying that the world’s billionaires “did extremely well” during the coronavirus pandemic, growing their already-huge fortunes to a record high of $10.2tn (£7.8tn).
A report by Swiss bank UBS found that billionaires increased their wealth by more than a quarter (27.5%) at the height of the crisis from April to July, just as millions of people around the world lost their jobs or were struggling to get by on government schemes.
The report found that billionaires had mostly benefited from betting on the recovery of global stock markets when they were at their nadir during the global lockdowns in March and April. UBS said billionaires’ wealth had hit “a new high, surpassing the previous peak of $8.9tn reached at the end of 2017”. The number of billionaires has also hit a new high of 2,189, up from 2,158 in 2017.
This has got to be the most disgusting news you have ever read in your life, or it should be anyway if it isn’t. It is disgusting that a handful of people have so much money and power. Capitalist democracy is such a total utter failure and you should all hate it and despise it.
As many of you out there are struggling nowadays, a handful of people are allowed to own such resources and yes RESOURCES because in the end, with these money, they could simply just buy all the food and you would starve as there wouldn’t be any. They could buy all the land and you won’t have anywhere to live and so on.
Democracy is a disgusting fart. Greece should be ashamed of itself for ever inventing “democracy”. F you Greece and your democracy!
Why is it legally allowed for individuals to own so much money? Why can’t there be a limit? Why can’t everything be confiscated and nationalized automatically after that limit is reached. Lets say you are only allowed to own $10 million per person. Wouldn’t that be fairer???? Even that is a lot but billions? Trillions????
Being allowed to do business and exploit for profits should be considered a PRIVILEGE, NOT A HUMAN RIGHT!!!!!!!! because you are using an already existent system for your own benefits. Why should you be allowed to produce cars for example and sell them to people?? You haven’t access to “the people” or owning lands for your shops where you can build your cars shouldn’t be a right….
It is obvious now that the Soviet idea of having industries owned by the state is better because the profits go to the state budget and then spent on infrastructure, pensions, etc.
Again, why should Jeff Bezos for example own 100 billion while your total combined wealth maybe is just 50K or 100K or 300K if you’re lucky enough!??? So again, WHY?
Ok he’s smarter than you, he should own 2 times more than you, 4 times, 5 times, 10 times even 100 times but for God sake! Is he 1 billion times smarter than you?? That is physically impossible, not even Nikola Tesla the smartest man who ever lived would be 1 billion times smarter than he dumbest man who ever lived… so why should he own 1 billion more resources than what you earn?
Its basic logic…. you have to understand that in democracy people who are just cunning and yeah smart but definitely not 1 billion times smart than you, are allowed to profit and exploit by the ruling elites. Why? Because they get their own shares in outright bribes renamed and rebranded as “donations”…
Do you think its a coincidence that the entire media is now censoring based on coronavirus? Why do you think they are allowed such freedoms with any repercursions? Why do you think they are so supportive of the lockdowns? Because its beneficial for them… more money for their pockets. This is exactly why the authorities and the big tech billionaires are all working hand in hand very pro-corona lockdowns…. the elites get their bribes while the billionaires get more billions.
Democracy is a failure, the communists had it right, there shouldn’t be such a thing as BILLIONAIRES as long as there are poor people out there and no we’re not talking about Africa as aiding foreigners shouldn’t be a priority for anyone but we’re talking about Americans. There are half a million homeless people in America while these bastards have billions…
There have always been rich people, nobles, aristrocrats, boyars, szlachta, etc… but what did these guys ever own? A big villa or a tiny castle, a bunch of land and food and that was about it but now….. a billionaire could literally buy entire nations. They could buy not just 1 villa but thousands of them… this is just NOT NORMAL. This shouldn’t be allowed by law.
When will they ever stop? When will they ever have ENOUGH? 100 billions? 300? 500? 1 trillion?? Well guess again, the Rothschilds already own about $500 TRILLION even though they do not show up on Forbes top rich, and they are allowed to earn and own more and more and more, there is literally no cap…. you can in theory become the sole owner of the entire Earth, like literally buying everything, all countries, all people, each and every single thing…. yup democracy allows this. This is normal according to democracy….
