Tehran, Aug 14, IRNA – Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi attended the Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission to brief lawmakers on implementation of the nuclear deal reached between Iran and G5+1.
Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Head of the special board monitoring implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action said that he has answered questions by the members of parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission regarding implementation of the nuclear deal.
The official added that the Foreign Ministry has been tasked to report to the parliamentary commission every three months.
The commission has been provided with a 41-page report about the advances made and problems which still exit for implementation of the nuclear deal, he said.
Araqchi noted that the parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission has also been tasked to brief members of parliament during a formal session every six months.
