An organization calling itself “The Regeneration Project” calls for governments and NGO’s to create “personal carbon quotas, essentially making carbon a new form of currency for Individuals.”

In addition the group suggests “expanding the mandate of the UN Security Council to include environmental issues and security issues related to the environment” as well as “an International Court for the Environment (ICE) to settle disputes related to the environment and international environmental law.”

A global carbon policy, in other words, enforced by global carbon cops. Furthermore, the group advocates implementation of population stabilization policies at the earth summit to be held in Rio in June of this year.

In their manifest Bringing Rio Closer the organization, describing itself as a “collaborative and multi-facetted initiative by Globescan and SustainAbility”, proposes among other things that the UN mandates governments to execute their population reduction agenda:

“Securing commitments from governments to try to stabilize global population”, the document reads.

Stabilize the global population no less, and using the state (governments) as the enforcers of policies designed to achieve that goal. Here we have yet another example, which we document exhaustively, of key globalist players proposing far-reaching measures to exercise control over the masses. One of the ways of enforcing the agreed upon proposals is, what the Regeneration Project calls: “an International Court for the Environment (ICE) to settle disputes related to the environment and international environmental law.”

Another measure proposed by the Regeneration Project:

-Establishing a World Environment Organization (WEO);

This is quite a set of proposals issued by the group that would raise our eyebrows if the group was not co-sponsored by the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) and the World Bank. We have come to expect such things from these organizations. It was the World Bank which back in 1984 suggested (page eight) that “drastic steps” will be necessary if developing nations do not comply with their population control directives.

It was not the first time that the Regeneration Project sought to curb the human population. In their paper Unfinished Business the group advises governments to keep the population under a certain number, reminiscent of the Georgia Guidestones:

“(…) stabilizing population to not more than eight billion people”, the Unfinished Business report explains.

Leading up to the next UN’s “earth summit” we see an acceleration of calls for global population control and global government. We can expect to feel even more dark energy emanating from the scientific dictatorship in the weeks and months to come.

350.org’s partners and allies include such groups as Avaaz, Greenpeace, Pax Christi, THE REGENERATION PROJECT, the U.S. Climate Action Network, the Rainforest Action Network, and the UNITED NATIONS FOUNDATION.

350.org is the international reinvention of Mckibben’s 2007 “Step-It-Up” campaign, an initiative aimed at generating support for environmental regulation in the United States. Both 350.org and Step-It-Up cite the Sustainable Markets Foundation (SMF) — a grantee of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Rockefeller Family Fund — as their fiscal sponsor. In 2006, SMF gave approximately $200,000 to the Step-It-Up campaign. In 2007, while still supporting Step-It-Up, SMF earmarked some $243,000 for 350.org.

According to McKibben, the Step-It-Up rallies that took place across the United States in 2007 were instrumental in prompting then-Democratic presidential candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to commit to the goal of cutting carbon emissions in the U.S. by 80 percent by the year 2050. Moreover, the success of Step-It-Up encouraged McKibben to bring the project to the international stage, in the form of 350.org.

The history of psychiatry and the other social sciences is also riddled with scientific-sounding explanations for human behavior, on the basis of which innocent people have been sterilized, lobotomized, drugged against their will, or imprisoned.

The concept of “junk science,” however, is a particular term coined by corporate attorneys, lobbyists, PR firms, and industry-funded think tanks. It has very little to do with the quality of the research in question. In the hotly contested terrain of regulatory and liability law, “junk science” is the term that corporate defenders apply to any research, no matter how rigorous, that justifies regulations to protect the environment and public health. The opposing term, “sound science,” is used in reference to any research, no matter how flawed, that can be used to challenge, defeat, or reverse environmental and public health protections.

“Junk science” first emerged in the courtroom as a disparaging term for the paid expert witnesses that attorneys hire to testify on behalf of their clients. In many cases, of course, an expert witness is unnecessary. If one person shoots another in front of witnesses, you don’t need a rocket scientist to know who is responsible. During the twentieth century, however, courts expanded the system of tort law under which personal-injury lawsuits are filed in order to cover cases in which proof of causation is somewhat more complicated. Many of these cases require a scientist’s testimony particularly when the injury in question comes from environmental or toxic causes-for example, cancer in army veterans subjected to radiation from atomic bomb tests; asbestos-related mesothelioma; Reyes Syndrome caused by taking aspirin; or the link between swine flu vaccinations and Guillain-Barre Syndrome. By expanding the system of tort law, courts made it possible for people injured through these sorts of causes to collect damages from the companies responsible.

The Constitution of the United States of America is not being honored by those who know that they swore and oath to do so; most certainly have undermined we the people continuously, purposely, maliciously. The NDAA law is unconstitutional and so is every presidential executive order!
Oh great! Who would be paying most tax? Here’s a personal example. I live in a very small house, just me and the cats. I applied to one of those companies that offer free installation of solar panels in return for their taking the cash on what gets sold back to the grid. They said my roof was too small to make it worth their while. I can’t afford to pay for solar panels.

In contrast, a woman of my acquaintance lives in a much larger house. She is a business woman, who has been able to install solar panels and she even has a wind turbine on her property. She has paid for and installed every energy-saving device imaginable because she is quite well off.

Which of us, me on a low income in a small house, or the wealthy woman in the huge house, would be liable for more of this personal carbon tax?

No, the interesting thing is how little these worm-tongued slanderers get paid to sell their soul into Hell for selling out their fellow man to certain destruction. I’m sure they believe the lie that they are just more “fit” than the rest of us, as it is what they do to “survive”. It looks more like a sick form of cannibalism and mental illness to me though. The truth is they may very slightly out live the meek and the honest, but they will not survive or escape justice (Revelation 19 20).
