Edward Hendrie Responds to Jeran Campanella

On March 15, 2025, Jeran Campanella tried to refute my findings on his show. His first objective was to dox me and call for me to be fired from my job. He then offered up pictures of what he has guessed is my family to anyone in his audience who contacts him. That is just plain evil. That is what you get from an immoral degenerate. His video is littered with expletives. He has a foul mouth, which reveals a foul soul. “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.” Matthew 12:34.

Many have wondered what would cause arch-flat earther Jeran Campanella to do an about-face. Of course, Jeran claims that it was his observations in Antarctica that proved the globe model to him. But if it can be shown that TFE is a scam, he does not have that argument to make. It reveals that he is in on the scam. That explains his desperate ad hominem attack on me.

Coerced Mind Change

But that still leaves the question, what could have caused him to make such an about-face if it is not what he saw in Antarctica? Marty Leeds has made allegations suggesting perhaps why Jeran Campanella, Paul Lindberg (Paul on the Plane), Patricia Steere, and Robbie Davidson all decided after TFE to come out against the flat earth. Marty Leeds alleges that their change of mind was not organic; it was forced.

At the 3:59:30 mark in his video, Jeran admits to having conversations with Patricia Steere, Paul Lindberg, and Robbie Davidson after his return from Antarctica. Why would Robbie Davidson and Paul Lindberg, who claim to be Christians, reach out to Jeran who is on record repeatedly blaspheming Jesus Christ in the most debased fashion possible? They must have something in common.  “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?” Amos 3:3. If you watch Marty Leeds’ video beginning at the 1:39:00 mark, he alleges that each of them has faced legal issues. He alleges that they are in a trick bag together, which explains their common interest in coming against the flat earth.

The alleged legal jeopardy hanging over them perhaps reveals how they could suddenly change their minds about the flat earth. Leeds alleges at the 2:33:40 mark in his video how Jeran’s disturbing debauchery may have exposed him to significant additional legal peril. Incidentally, my citation to Marty Leeds or anyone else should not be interpreted to mean that I agree with their religious or other views.

The alleged financier of the trip, Will Duffy, is a financial advisor who has allegedly left a trail of financial victims in his wake from his schemes involving alleged recommendations of unsuitable and illiquid investments that went belly-up. While his financial advice lost his clients’ money, he apparently made boatloads of money because he brags that he is a millionaire.

Jeran  defends Will Duffy’s preaching that “neither lying nor deception are inherently immoral.” Will Duffy, the organizer and alleged financier of The Final Experiment lives by the credo that “neither lying nor deception are inherently immoral.” He has been caught time and again lying. Most notably, he lied when Sean Griffin asked him about The Final Experiment: “Are you part of it?” Duffy responded by lying. He said: “I do not know who is behind it.” After he was caught in that lie, he issued an apology, during which he tried to justify lying by giving an example of how he had recently lied to his daughter.

Jeran is a dope-addled miscreant who shows poor judgment. At the 2:09:34 mark of his December 24, 2024, broadcast he stated:

By the way, did you know that I am officially the only one in the history of the world, no no, but I’m going to pretend that I’m the only one, who smoked a joint in Antarctica. I did feel bad the last night we were there and Duffy asked me like, across the dinner table, he’s like, dude what would you have done if you got caught with that in your bag? I’m like I didn’t really think that far. That would have been terrible. But I just was smart enough and tricky enough. And thank you very much uh to Mark for getting me on film doing that.

Nothing to See Here!

Notably, Jeran skipped over the single clearest evidence of computer-generated imagery (CGI) used during the TFE videos. He scrolled through my website and purposely skipped over the very first article listed on my site. The article is titled, The Bible Reveals the Trickery of the Final Experiment. That article will move down once this article is posted. Why would he not address the article? Because it crushes TFE and proves it to be a fraud. Most have focused on the TFE videos from Antarctica. But the TFE videos from Punta Arenas expose the TFE fraud.

Remember, the stated purpose by Will Duffy, who allegedly funded the trip, was to verify that the earth is a globe. They certainly would want to document the rising and setting sun … right? … right? But the TFE group decided not to start their December 13, 2024, livestream at an earlier time to show the setting sun allegedly in the southwestern sky. So, instead, they started their livestream at … wait for it … 10:05 p.m. They then argued during their livestream that from the luminous twilight that we should believe them that the sun set in the southwestern sky and continued to illuminate the southern sky from below the horizon. That is not suspicious at all! They traveled from all parts of the world packing all kinds of equipment to show the doubting world the sun sets in the southwest in the southern hemisphere, and what do they do? They decided to do the livestream after the sun had set. Thus, ensuring that there would be no video to verify their testimony.

MCToon did a separate livesteam. He did not begin his livestream until after midnight on December 12, 20024. He pointed to the southern horizon to claim that is where the sun was then crossing the sky below the horizon. He could have videoed the actual sun but he did not. Indeed, he let it slip that he already was in Punta Arenas at 6:00 p.m. on December 11, 2024, when the supposed flat earthers arrived. Jeran livestreamed from Punta Arenas the night of December 11, 2024, but it was also after the sun had set. Jeran again livestreamed from Punta Arenas on December 12, 2024, at 11:30 p.m., after the sun had set. So, TFE shows up in Punta Arenas, but they do not video the sunset. Instead, they point to a glow in the southern sky to make us believe that is the direction the sun traveled after it allegedly set in the southwest. If TFE could have shown a southwest sunset they would have done it. Indeed, they had three nights to do it. They did not because they could not; the sun does not pass to the south in Punta Arenas. As we will see, they had to resort to CGI to show the sun passing to the south in Punta Arenas.

I asked Jeran in a March10, 2025, email:

Have any of you posted videos or livestreams of the sunrise or sunset in Punta Arenas? If so, please send me the links.

Jeran replied on March 14, 2025, in an email that he would not answer my questions. He said: “I don’t have time to go through and correct your mistakes and lies.” Apparently, there is only one official video of the sunrise in Punta Arenas, which I will explain below is fraudulent. They assumed that we should believe them when they told us during the livestream that very morning they saw with their own eyes the sunrise in the southeast, and that the sun had set in the southwest. They argued in their December 13th livestream that the sun continued traveling westerly below the horizon south of them.

The strange thing is that when they saw the sunrise the morning of December 13th they did not video or photograph it. We were left to watch Jeran and Lisbeth point to a boat on the horizon after 10:00 p.m. as they explained that is where the sun rose that morning. Their whole purpose for traveling to the southern hemisphere was to document the travel of the sun in the sky. Instead, they started their video after the sun set and only told us about the sunrise that morning. They portrayed those facts as preliminary proof that they expected there to be a 24-hour sun in Antarctica.

Where was the documentary video or even a picture of the southeastern sunrise that the TFE group crowed about? We had to wait until January 20, 2025, which is more than a month after their return from Antarctica, for Will Duffy to upload to YouTube a drone video of the sun rising in the southern sky. Apparently, Duffy’s video was supposed to be the only documentation by TFE of the sunrise in Punta Arenas. That seems to be why none of the other TFE participants took a video of the sunrise in Punta Arenas. Their entire argument for a southeastern sky sunrise rides on the validity of Duffy’s drone video.

The pertinent part of Duffy’s narration begins at the 11:20 mark in the video. He argues that it would not be possible on a flat earth for the sun to rise in the southeastern sky. His drone video then portrays just that, a sunrise in the southeastern sky in Punta Arenas. Case closed, right? Not so fast! It turns out the drone footage is a creation of CGI. And that is why it took Duffy more than a month to post his drone video. It takes time to create CGI videos. It is obvious that the drone footage is CGI because the foreground land moves separately from the background water and sky. There is an obvious floating effect from the hovering drone over the land, but they neglected to replicate that effect for the water and sky. Oops! Below, I point out other telltale evidence that CGI was used in the drone video. Please also notice what is missing from the drone footage. There is no display on the screen of any of the pertinent flight data of the drone, as was displayed in the drone footage taken later in Antarctica. Most importantly, there is no display of the compass heading of the drone.

In the screenshots below, you can see that there were incongruities in the video that would not happen in reality. In the first set of screenshots, you can see the headlight of the car passing in front of the lamp post, although the car is behind the lamp post. You can also see that the CGI video program makes a mistake by having the street sign that is behind the light pole pass in front of the light pole when it tries to account for parallax. If the sun actually rises in the southeast in the southern hemisphere, why not just take a video of it? Why manufacture a fake video using CGI? The reason is ineluctable. The sun does not rise in the southeast in the southern hemisphere. Thus, Duffy needed to create a fake CGI drone video.

Jeran did not go to that article because he could not refute the clear evidence of CGI in Duffy’s video.

Dismissing Continuity Errors

Jeran first discusses my article, Continuity Errors in the Final Experiment Prove it Was a Fraud. But Jeran dismisses the findings in the article by claiming that the sun is at different heights because the cameras were not at the same spot. I anticipated that argument in the article and showed that both videos were taken within 10 feet of one another. I also proved using Duffy’s live stream compared to the 360 camera of the sun, that different cameras, at slightly different locations, showed the sun at the same height.

Dismissing Stitch Lines

Jeran next shows my article, Clowns Caught Faking The Final Experiment. He showed the proof that the seams could not be stitch lines from the Insta360 camera because Will Duffy can be seen looking directly at the camera where the seam lines appeared across Duffy’s face. The Insta 360 camera stitch seams should only appear at the joinder of the two videos at the periphery of the lenses. The Insta 360 camera in Antarctica was pointed south toward the mountains. That was the key thing that The Final Experiment clowns wanted in the video. They had one of the two camera lenses pointed south at the mountains. Insta 360 cameras do not put seams in the center of the lens’s field of view.  Will Duffy walked up and looked directly into the camera lens, pointing south. Thus the seams could not be the peripheral stitching from the Insta 360 camera. The seam can be seen cutting across his face. The corner seams cannot be explained as a simple artifact of using an Insta 360 camera.

Jeran showed that screenshot of Duffy looking directly into the camera and just dismissed it along with ad hominem attacks on me. There was no refutation of the evidence.

Misdirection in Antarctica

Jeran next displays my article, Misdirection in Antarctica He looks at the screen and ridicules my findings without even examining them. He states that because he drew an ‘S” on the ground pointing south the argument is over. The evidence in that article, using the map posted on the TFE website, showed that Jeran’s arrow pointing south was actually pointing north. My point was that the Mount Rossman shown in the video from Jeran was CGI and not the real Mount Rossman.

At the secondary camp, Jeran etched in the snow the direction of south, pointing toward Mount Rossman. The problem is that when one uses the mouse wheel to focus in on the second camp in the 060 software on The Final Experiment website, we find that his etched marking in the snow is actually pointing true north! That suggests that the Mount Rossman we see in the videos is not actually Mount Rossman but is some kind of artificial computer-generated graphic.

When Jeran was in Antarctica he brought several compasses with him. He flaunted his many compasses in a video on the plane as he traveled to Antarctica. However, the only time he displayed a compass when in Antarctica was to hold it upside down so that it would not tell the true direction on camera. Jeran claims it is “a straight-up lie” that he etched a south compass heading that was actually pointing north. He should take that lie up with TFE because that is what their website shows. When I make the point in my article that it seemed that computer graphics were used to display a false Mount Rossman, Jeran responded, not with contrary evidence, but with an epithet: “You, sir, are retarded, extremely, extremely, extremely retarded.” His video is sprinkled throughout with profane ad hominem attacks, name-calling, and demands that I should be fired from my job.

Set Direction Mistakes

The next article he decided to address was Set Direction Mistakes During The Final Experiment. But again, he did not address the issue I raised. Jeran reads from the article where I explained someone asked “which way did you say was the South Pole?” Jeran refutes that claim by saying that “nobody would have asked that we knew where it was.” He then asks, “where’s the video.” I placed links to all of the pertinent videos in the article. It turns out that the question was memorialized on Jeran’s very own GoPro chestcamera video. Links to both videos were in the article itself if Jeran had bothered looking. The pertinent directions discussed in the article can be found beginning at the 1:21:50 mark in Jeran’s GoPro video. Jeran just dismissed the article along with profane attacks on King Nico and he just moved on.

Video Glitches

The next article Jeran trieed to tackle was Video Glitches Prove The Final Experiment Used CGI to Fake the Antarctic 24-Hour Sun

He was very cagey when discussing this article. He made sure that he did not show my analysis of the glitches in Anthony Powell’s video alleged showing the 24-hour sun in Antarctica that was published many years ago. That information is damning and so Jeran steered clear of it.

You can see the same kind of glitch in the TFE video as in Anthony Powell’s infamous fake depiction of a 24-hour in Antarctica during his documentary film. You can see Powell’s shenanigans begin at the 17:30 mark in his documentary. Powell’s video has been exposed as a phony depiction of a 24-hour sun. Below are a series of screenshots from Powell’s video. I have placed a red circle around the circumference of the sun so that you can perceive more clearly the CGI glitch. You can see the CGI sun engulfing the lamp pole in sunlight in image 1. But the software is not able to adjust for the sun going behind the light pole accurately and we see in image 2 the very thin light pole completely blocking the sun. There is only a sliver of light across the thin width of the pole. A moment later the sun appears in image 3 on the other side of the pole to again engulf the lamp pole in sunlight. The sun then approaches the light itself in image 4. The software has the sun engulfing the light in sunlight. But in image 5 we see another strange anomaly where the sun is being blocked by a clear lamp cover and a translucent light bulb. The computer software was unable to distinguish between clear objects, translucent objects, and opaque objects. It treated the clear lamp and its translucent bulb as if they were opaque and instructed it to block the sun. Finally, in image 6, we see the CGI sun emerging from behind the clear lamp. These unnatural actions by the sun are telltale signs of CGI. Why use CGI to fake a 24 sun in Antarctica? They must fake it because the earth is not a spinning globe. A spinning globe requires a 24-hour sun in Antarctica. But the earth is flat and stationary. Notably, Anthony Powell served as a technical advisor for The Final Experiment.

Jeran made the following argument to explain why the sun was blocked by the camera cross-piece:

They don’t understand that can go out and do this in your front yard you can take the sun you can go put a broomstick up or some sort of pole and you can walk till it’s behind the pole and then take a camera and you’ll see that it gets blocked out the sun is Tiny it’s tiny in the sky it’s like a dime held at arms length so you can easily block that.

Jeran cleverly has people think that the sun can be blocked by a pole held in front of the sun. That is true when you hold it close to you as you must if it is in your hands. But it does not explain what I have revealed in my article. The thin cross-piece on the camera is not a broomstick. It is a very thin cross piece that is a fraction of the size of a broomstick.

Jeran contested the statement in my article that Anthony Powell served as a technical advisor for The Final Experiment.  Jeran stated: “There were no technical advisors on the final experiment. This guy cannot stop lying. I’m tempted to say that every word that are in those articles are lies.”

In fact, Anthony Powell was a technical advisor for the Final Experiment. During Will Duffy’s alleged December 14, 2024, livesteream from Antarctica, at the 8:55 mark he thanked Anthony Powell for his technical advice:

I want to thank Anthony Powell. Anthony Powell has been just an incredible resource for me. He and I became friends a little over a year ago. And I’m going to talk more about Anthony in a future video. But he is someone that has spent uh more time in Antarctica than almost anyone alive today. And he’s also done a ton of filming and photography in Antarctica. And just helped me so much prepare, figure fure out where to go, give me advice on how to film, and how to deal with the cold, and how to change out batteries, and so I cannot thank Anthony Powell enough.

After The Final Experiment was rigged to falsely show a 24-hour sun in Antarctica, Duffy revealed that one of his main goals in conducting The Final Experiment was to “clear Anthony Powell’s name.” Duffy indignantly stated that “anyone who jumped on this bandwagon against Anthony Powell should be ashamed of yourselves.” Duffy doesn’t care at all about Anthony Powell. He only cares about restoring the globe model that was destroyed when Powell’s video was exposed as fake. He was on a mission to stop the truth of the stationary flat earth from spreading. The reason that was so important to him and his handlers is explained in my book, The Greatest Lie on Earth.

Pretending to Verify the Final Experiment Dates

Jeran’s next attempt was to refute my article, Caught Pretending to Verify the Final Experiment Dates

In Jeran’s video, he was supposed to be at the Punta Arenas Airport on December 14, 2024, but he did not verify that date. While at the airport, Jeran then showed a news report from December 12, 2024, about the Thursday Night Football score. All Jeran had to do was stop at one of the ubiquitous newsstands in the airport and video the front page of the current newspaper. Instead, he displayed two-day-old news. Granted it was a late news report (11:04 p.m.) on December 12, 2024, but that still leaves one day unaccounted.

Jeran’s argument is that his only objective was to verify that he did not go to Antarctica a year earlier. His purpose, as he explained was only to reassure people that he had gone to Antarctica after that date and not to verify the date of departure from the airport. But that is not what he said in his video. In his video, he stated his reason for giving a news item was to verify that he was at the airport on December 14th:

To prove to you that we are here on that date, I am going to tell you now the score of the Thurday Night Football game. It was the Rams against the Niners. And it was a 12-6 win on December the 12th 2024, or that’s the date this article is posted. So, now you know that we are here on the date that we claim. That is Saturday, the 14th.

In my original post, I made a point that Jeran left San Jose Airport on December 10th and was not leaving Punta Arenas Airport until December 14th. Leaving 4 days unaccounted for. When I originally posted the article I did not know about Jeran’s late-night livestreams from Punta Arenas on December 11th, 12th, and 13th. Thus, assuming the livestreams were not pre-recorded, his presence in Punta Arenas was verified for those dates. Jeran later explained that ALE required that they arrive three days before their scheduled departure date and allow for three days after that date in case of inclement weather.

But the issue remains that Jeran was trying to prove his presence at the airport on December 14th by displaying a December 12th football score. His later explanation that he was trying to prove that they did not fly there a year earlier is refuted by his stated purpose given during the livestream. He stated his purpose was to prove he was at the airport on December 14th.

Strangely, Jeran offers no explanation for the failure of Dave McKeegan to prove the date of his presence in Antarctica.  At the 3:50 mark of Dave Mckeegan’s alleged December 15, 2024, live stream from the second camp from Antarctica, Dave Mckeegan announced that it was 21:05 (9:05 p.m.) local time in Antarctica. At the 24:50 mark in the video, Mckeegan discusses the importance of obtaining a local newspaper in Punta Arenas to prove The Final Experiment event dates. He explained that they all discussed current news as a means of verification as “a potential hurdle.” Verifying the date in a video with a current news report is as easy as eating apple pie. How could McKeegan and the others think it was a hurdle? It is only a hurdle if you cannot do it because it is impossible.

Mckeegan sheepishly explained that they planned on getting a newspaper while in Punta Arenas to verify the date, but… wait for it … they “forgot.” He then explained that Jeran showed some national sports scores to verify the date while at Punta Arenas Airport.

At the 26:34 mark in Dave McKeegan’s video, he pulls out his phone to verify that he is in Antarctica on December 15, 2024. And lo-and-behold he reads an article posted about the NASA Voyager on … wait for it … December 13, 2024. So we have two instances of participants in The Final Experiment attempting to verify they are where they say they are on the dates they claim but fail to do so. McKeegan was correct, it was a “hurdle” for them to verify their dates because the videos were pre-recorded at least two days earlier. That is why they could not verify the current dates with current news.

Jeran shows a football game score reported on December 12, 2024, in his attempt to verify he was at the Punta Arenas Airport on December 14, 2024. Mckeegan shows an article dated December 13, 2024, in his attempt to verify he was in Antarctica on December 15, 2024. The article was not a news event that could be verified. It was a commentary on the significance of the alleged recent discoveries of the (mythical) NASA probes. It is interesting that of all the means of verification, McKegan picks an article about NASA.

The article that McKeegan cited was published in Scientific American, which is owned by Springer Nature. NASA has a close relationship with Springer Nature. NASA and Springer Nature collaborate and partner on many projects. Notably, the article cited by McKeegan has been modified extensively since it was allegedly first published on December 13, 2024. That, in and of itself, is not suspicious, but it is suspicious that McKeegan would seek to verify the date of his presence in Antarctica by citing, not a news event, but an article publication date, which is something that can be manipulated. And then to have the article published by a company that has close ties with NASA, and the article is about NASA, is just a little too suspicious. But hang on to your hats, it gets worse.

There is other evidence suggesting that McKeegan’s alleged live chat on December 15th was not truly live. At the 59:30 mark, one of the livestream chatters asked a question. “Proof of date: What was the Scottish Cup result?” Mckeegan then gives a Scottish Cup result for November 30, 2024, to prove that he was livestreaming on December 15, 2024.

That makes no sense. The November 30th score does not prove that McKeegan was in Antarctica on December 15th. The chatter is portraying himself as a soccer fan who would know the dates of play for the Scottish Cup. Why would someone on December 15th ask for proof of presence in Antarctica on December 15th using the Scottish Cup scores, knowing that there were no Scottish Cup games after December 2nd?

Obviously, the chatter was asking the question on or about November 30th about the Scottish Cup, knowing that there were only two Scottish Cup game dates during the month of December (December 1st and 2nd). and Play was not scheduled to start up again for the Scottish Cup until January 17, 2025. It’s notable that McKeegan chose to give a game score for November 30th. He could have just been lazy, but that would go against his persona as a careful documentarian. It could also be that he was in Antarctica after the November 30th score results were reported and before the reporting of the December 1st and 2nd scores and thus could not give those later scores. All that the November 30th soccer score reporting by McKeegan tells us is that he was in Antarctica after November 30th. That is hardly a “proof of date.” It is what was asked for during the alleged live chat, but both the request and the response were quite suspicious.

The livestreams were pre-recorded but played on December 15th to make it appear that they were live. That is why McKeegan could not cite a news event on December 15th.  He was relegated to giving an easily fabricated publication date for a two-day-old article. He then gives a soccer score from two weeks earlier, which only establishes that he was in Antarctica on or after November 30th. The key to understanding why McKeegan acted as he did is Duffy’s failure to call Steve during his alleged livestream. Duffy couldn’t call Steve live because he was not streaming live. That indicates that some of the livestreams were pre-recorded. That single failure by Duffy to call Steve live as Duffy had promised reveals what they were doing. They were playing videos of pre-recorded fake livestreams.

The Cloud Issue

Jeran next addresses my article, The Final Experiment Is Not So Final. In this instance, Jeran’s argument has merit. I saw the preternatural drop of the cloud as evidence that the cloud was CGI. I was correct that it was evidence of CGI, but dropping clouds as one approaches a barrier does happen naturally. Thus, I focused on the wrong proof of CGI. It was not the drop itself that was proof of CGI, it was what the cloud did while it was dropping that proved it was CGI.

When I first posted the article, I observed that a cloud had unnaturally dropped in elevation as Jeran Campanella approached the latrine. While I was correct that the cloud is computer-generated imagery (CGI), I was incorrect that the drop alone was convincing evidence of CGI. The drop of the cloud appeared unnatural because it was. The cloud is CGI. But a cloud dropping while in a camera frame can happen naturally. And that is what the CGI software was trying to replicate. It did so poorly. But because it is how clouds can act, the mere drop alone is not the best argument for CGI. It is how the clouds acted during the drop that reveals the CGI. Thus, I will now turn to the real evidence of CGI, which I had noticed and mentioned but did not emphasize because I was focused on the strange behavior of the cloud dropping.

What I did not understand was that the drop looked strange because the cloud unnaturally changed its orientation as it dropped. That is the real evidence of CGI. It was not the drop alone that was important but the way the cloud changed its orientation as it dropped. I mistakenly focused solely on the drop of the cloud and made only passing mention of the cloud’s change in orientation in the sky. But when looking at still shots from the video and comparing them, the change of the cloud’s orientation in the sky is striking. This cannot happen naturally. It is a tell-tale sign of CGI. It is the real evidence of CGI. It is what made the drop look so unnatural.

In the series of screenshots below you can see that Jeran’s chest-mounted GoPro is square to the horizon as he walks toward the latrine. I have labeled the screenshots with the video timestamps. The horizon remains level as he walks a straight path. The unique winged cloud formation changes its orientation to the horizon. That can only happen if the cloud is CGI.

In the screenshot slivers below, you can see more clearly how, within a few seconds, the winged cloud formation makes dramatic changes in its orientation to the horizon. That is evidence of CGI.
