Public Health Ontario’s “Monthly Infectious Diseases Surveillance Reports” provides irrefutable proof that Ontario Premier Doug Ford is committing major medical fraud – falsifying medical records to help Justin Trudeau and Chrystia Freeland continue Germany and UN’s COVID-19 biological warfare attack against Canada and Canadians.

The above screenshot of the MONTHLY INFECTIOUS DISEASES SURVEILLANCE REPORT (updated 22 April 2021) and screenshot of the City of Toronto website below clearly shows Canadians that Premier Doug Ford’s government and the City of Toronto have both stopped reporting influenza cases to assist Germany (Canada’s WWI, WWII and piecemeal – waged in stages, WWIII enemy) and UN continue to wage their COVID-19 biological warfare against Canada and Canadians. Reasonable suspicion the yearly influenza cases and deaths are being reported as COVID-19.
